Replaced a damage product asap
I ordered a airo sport battery and airo pod and once I got my order I realized the airo pod was damaged. As soon as I contacted customer service they responded a few minutes later and sent me a new one with 2 day shipping instead of the standard 4 day shipping (free of charge ofc). Def recommend them, good customer service :)

Unhappy Customer
when I bought some stuff from here. I got a tracking # so I can track it. Will it said that it will be here on the 5th. I still have not reserved it. the tracking severance it keeps bouncing back and forth to Chicago IL and Bedford Park IL. I am not happy with this, and I guess i will never get my package. So, I guess I will be email you back for my money back and I will never use you again.

Hello,
If you are looking for the pain cream, we do still carry 2 different items. The CBD Pain cream comes in 2 options, one is 1000mg and the other is a 2500mg cream. I am attaching a link below that displays both items. I hope these are it and thank you for the 5 star review!

I chose the two tone blue pen battery bottom and it came in the color white and it didn't even work so I guess you could start with letting people choose what color they want a little easier instead of giving them a random color when they choose an actual color and then make sure that the battery actually works before you sell it so now I have to go through all the returning trouble to get my money back

Hello Izabella; you are correct that Airopro batteries are incompatible with your average 510-thread cartridge. However, using a 510-thread magnetic adapter, you can use any cart you wish with your Airopro battery. We sell 510 magnetic adapters on the website, but we will send you one free of charge since you did not know that you needed one for your brand of cartridge. We apologize for the inconvenience and will get your 510-thread magnetic adapter in the mail today. You will recieve an email with tracking, thank you for your business, and have a wonderful week!!

Nailed it.
So many websites have a myriad of problems; some are straight-up scams or at least dishonest about the products they sell, take a seemed eternity to ship, etc. But this experience was smooth, easy but not condescending, and got my product to me quickly. I'd give you more stars if I could.
