I returned a dri fit polo shirt because it was too small (xl). This has become an issue with Henri-Lloyd in that sizing is inconsistent.
The return was 17 days ago and still no e-mail or refund?
If you position yourself as an upmarket brand you need to dramatically improve the customer service.

I have been wearing Henri-Lloyd for almost 30 years now and their jackets have never let me down, inshore and offshore. In fact, I still have my first GoreTex-Racing Jacket and wear it now and then. If it comes to quality and HL is second to none. My most recent purchase was the MAV jacket. Excellent.

I contacted customer service because one of my polo shirts had come undone at the logo (which is very unusual, as they produce high-quality clothing). It was handled quickly, and I have been sent a new one. Really great service from Amanda.

Just bought my third pair of explorer shorts, nice light coloured ones. Two previous pairs are still going strong but wanted lighter ones for all this hot weather. Really comfortable and fit well. The water repellency is also a cool benefit. Highly recommend these and also the trousers

I ordered a pair of shorts. They came fairly quickly and the quality was very good, however they didn’t fit and so have been returned. The item was delivered to a warehouse on 5 June, it is now the 24 June and still no sign of a refund. This isn’t a one off as my daughter is having the same issue. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Love the products, but unfortunately the customer service is non-existent.

The delivery of my order went exactly as planned, and I was very happy with that. However, I had to return one item, and according to the tracking information, the return was received by the company over two weeks ago.

Since then, I haven’t received any confirmation email, refund update, or return information. I’ve also sent multiple emails and received only the automated response stating that I would get a reply on the next business day, but no one has followed up.

I’d like to place another order because I genuinely like the products, but I won’t do so until I receive my refund and some communication regarding my return.

I ordered as offshore elite sailing jacket 3XL in navy blue. It arrived in bright orange with an invoice for a blue one. It felt suspiciously like they ran out of the blue so just shoved an orange one in anyway. I’m now trying to get a replacement or refund, what a joke.

Still awaiting email response after delivery was delivered to my bins what were emptied lol now I have no order and no one sending email back!
