I have been a DE shaver for just over 3 years now and let me tell you, this razor is a game changer for me. I have super sensitive skin so I am normally only able to shave once per week. After my first shave with my new Henson, my face feels so smooth and with no irritation! This razor was able to deliver a BBS shave without a single nick. I am so glad I stumbled across this razor, because it really delivers. Daniel's video really is TRUTH. At first I thought it might be typical advertising fluff, but after using the razor, Daniel really is telling the truth about this razor. I seriously can't thank *the entire Henson team* enough for making this dream product a reality.

This razor is the best!! First off, this razor is nicely machined! Shaving experience, unlike any other. I generally avoid cutting against the grain: too irritating, but this razor reduces that irritation to almost null. I only wish the weight was a bit more, maybe make a stainless steel version. That would be nice!

The purchase was very easy. I received the razors within 2 days. I did already my first shave with the new Henson Razor and it works really great.

I appreciate the quality materials and precision tooling, as the only other safety razor I own is full of careless flaws from manufacturing. Finally, a safety razor that is safe to use!

I was so excited to try this razor. I have sensitive skin so I though it would be a better option than my Merkur 34c. So far I have been disappointed. After two shaves, I have had bad razor burn. Maybe I am just not used to the razor yet but I have never had razor burn like this with my Merkur. I want this razor to work for me so I am going to give it a few more shaves.

High tolerance machining makes for an attractive consistent product with excellent results.

Henson is the gold standard for a safe (no cuts or blood) double edge (DE) safety razor. It only takes a shave or two to get comfortable with the Henson. My other DE safety razors all had a steep learning curve, which included cuts and blood. The Henson Razor has the highest machining tolerances in the history of DE razors, which makes it safe and efficient. In my opinion, there is not even a close second. If you don't have a Henson, you need a Henson. Happy Shaving.

Best razor I have ever used!!! Smooth

The razor is AMAZING!! First shave didn’t even feel like another blade I’ve used. It was smooth, clean and precise!! Cannot recommend high enough.

it was difficult to find the medium razor. I expected it would be listed as a separate product, but the only way I could get to it was via a tiny link on the "gentle" razor's page. If you are trying to discourage purchases of the medium (and there may be very valid reasons for doing this) it makes sense. Otherwise why make it harder for people to give you money?

I would like to congratulate you for an absolutely wonderful shaving experience! At first, when I tried it, I didn't think it was doing anything (because typically to shave it that close would cause a lot of face ripping and bleeding!), but I checked the smoothness of my face and it felt like a bathtub shave without having soaked in the bathtub! Amazing! And also fantastic, is the fact that I don't have to go out of my way to buy special and or expensive blades to supply my Henson razor. Thanks again!

So far, the product is exactly as described and performs very nicely! No cuts on my first shave :)

Ordered the razor 4 days ago, but still haven't gotten a shipping notification. However I did get an email asking for a review. Still have high hopes for the razor, but not impressed so far.

The product is genuinely good, but feels heavily overpriced. Maybe I'm missing something but it's just 3 pieces of cast metal, albeit well-finished.

The razor works well, thank you, it is very light, smooth cut, and does not clog up with cut stubble.

Excellent razor. No more razor burn. Would recommend this razor to anyone that has hair in need of shaving.
