Before finding this powder, my German Shepherd had to go to the vet every couple of months to get her anal glands manually emptied. It was a miserable, stressful experience for her (and not very pleasant for the poor vet either!).
​I’ve been adding this powder to her food for a few years now, and we haven’t had to visit the vet for her glands a single time since starting it. It works naturally to firm up her stool so her glands empty on their own.
​If your dog struggles with gland issues, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It saves money on vet trips and, more importantly, saves your dog from unnecessary discomfort!

I was delighted to find a UK based company making natural dog shampoos not full of chemical nasties. The ordering process was easy, delivery was on time and the product smelled divine - and so, now, does my German Shep. Excellent product to use as a freshen up between grooms.

It's hard to decide how many stars as i do like the shampoos (as a dog groomer in a salon) however my last 2 orders, i had no confirmation that my payment was received or that my order was on its way. Which meant i had to use another supplier to make sure i had enough shampoo as they advertise to deliver next day.

I payed my invoice for 2 5ls & 2 face wash on the 3rd July and had to email to find out when my order was coming, i ordered from another company on the 14th 6 5ls as i was now on my last one and both orders from Herbal & the other company arrived on the 16th, so one took 9 days and the other took 1.5 days from and evening order.

Just disappointing as i really liked using Herbal Dog Co and my first order arrived so quick but as a busy running salon i need to be able to rely on suppliers to let me know when i will be receiving my order so i can keep up with stock and also having the option for it to be delivered sooner is a great help too.

Great little company that sells fantastic products for your little furry friend. I’ve bought a few things now, and not only are they great, the service is outstanding. If you do have a problem, a quick email to them and they sort it out.

A really lovely smelling shampoo, not to strong to overwhelm my dog. Lathers well. My dog is on a yeast protocol and this shampoo is 🤞🏻 part of the process. So far so good. Very happy with purchase and will buy again that’s for sure.

Smells wonderful & my bulldog (who has sensitive skin) didn’t react to it at all, does a great job & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 5*

I’ve been using herbal dog products for some time now and find they are really helpful in keeping my dogs in tip top condition. The grooming products work so well in keeping their coats shiny and easy to brush. They also smell good too! My dogs also have the gut health supplement to ensure their tums are happy!

As a professional groomer good quality products that offer great value whilst being safe on the environment are massively important to me. I haven’t used any of the supplements but do use the shampoos/conditioners/scents and face wash. Customer service on the 2 occasions I’ve needed support has been fantastic. The only product I have used that I didn’t like was the ear cleaner but that was a personal issue rather than product performance (I hate the smell)
Only points I would like to raise would be to be able to buy the face wash and scents in bigger bottles please!! (Hence 4.5 instead of 5*)

Like this company’s ethos so ordered a shampoo and a couple of sprays. Pleased with how it arrived and the products are fab. The sprays aren’t too strong smelling which is nicer for pets. Love the scents and will order more when these run low.

The order and delivery process was great. There was a slight issue that was totally my own fault as I had misread the information provided. I asked to return and I was given a refund for the particular item with no quibble. Will definitely recommend, and be back - my dog is smelling fabulous!

The pooch actually likes it no kidding she's eating it happily and its all safe and natural I have used the flea drops before and was impressed 🐕🐶

Shampoo smells amazing and puppa's fur is soooo soft!!!

We started using the calming powder and drops 2 years ago on our very stressed and nervous rescue dog. A year later we rescued a very bouncy untrained puppy . The calming kit has helped both dogs in various situations.

I had a missing parcel and Suzzie helped me. Suzzie responded within 24hours and was very quick and efficient to solve the problem.

This company’s products are excellent and their customer service is first class. Would highly recommend!
