Worst experience i ever had at slough outlet.....i wish, I would have chance to give below 1 star rating. Because they confirmed my order at 10:20pm on 19th April and it was our anniversary, I called at outlet at 11 to ask about my pizza delivery, they said it's on the way and I waited until 12 but did not receive my order, so I had to order from Papa Jones. So I wasted my time, celebration n money. Worst customer service ever.

I paid and ordered on 2nd April
I paid and ordered on 2nd April. It is now 19th April and I STILL HAVE NOT received my order. I asked for a refund. They said I have to wait for my order to arrive. You can track it but it doesn’t make any difference. It says it’s been shipped from China to Hong Kong and it’s been stuck in Amsterdam since 14th April….if any of this is to believed.
Also after reading other reviews I’m scared they might’ve put me on a subscription which I don’t want.
I would have gone to Holland & Barrett if I’d known how unreliable and pushy they are. On the advert they say you only need to do a cleanse about once or twice a year so why would they then try to hook you into a subscription without you realising. SCAM.

I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and nothing yet
I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. I'm yet to receive anything. What I am receiving is coming from China. I'm horrified at the airmiles involved in this supposedly herbal product, it was not obvious AT ALL when I ordered that this was not an EU company.
It may be amazing (I wouldn't know, not got it yet) but the environmental cost of this product is shockingly bad.
I've tried to cancel today, as clearly I won't need another 30 days supply being sent out on 27 April when I haven't received the first month's yet, and I've already received a very manipulative, persuasive sales email suggesting I pause my subscription instead of cancelling. My initial impressions are not great.

Ordered from Herbies and they put me on a subscription without my consent. You can only pause the subscription not cancel it. Contacted them and they made out they were bending over backwards to help but were not helping at all. Scammers. Contacted bank who have blocked further orders. Have yet to receive the original order so have probably been conned there as well. Avoid like the plague!!!
