Near to Expiry product received. No response from the Herbion team.
I ordered one of their products named Ginseng. It has an expiry of Apr'26 and I ordered in the end of Feb'26. When I reached out to them they replied with a voice note saying there's a month left in expiry and they won't last more than that like there are 30 tablets so Ill finish by the time they expire. What kind of unprofessional attitude is this, I asked them to give me a convincing and solid reason the reply on 5th march was your complain has been forwarded and since then there's no reply. I tried to contact again on 9th march and they just left the message seen with no reply whatsoever.

Your services are. Really bad we are not satisfied with your product we have ordered hair oil on 9 feb 26 today 20 feb we don't receive our parcel and when we track our product they said it will be returned with out any reason we have not received a call really disappointed

5 years of Herbion experience
About 5 years before I got Tootrus syrup as a sample(because a relative of mine have a herbal medicine business), I found it excellent, after that it is a regular companion of my family in winter with passage of time linkus syrup is also added for winters, then a brilliant experience of another brilliant product for low platelets, yet again there were more to come the Verona series an excellent remedy, Verona x personally used by me with remarkable results, after my own experiences Verona x was used by my many friends(cut short many are father's now)..... List is so long Herbion is a family member for me now from medicine to nutracutials to cosmetics .....
