Die beiden letzten über Amazon getätigten Bestellungen vom 06.09.2025 und vom 23.09.2025 wurden von Herbion nicht ausgeführt. Auf Nachfrage haltlose Versprechungen und Entschuldigungen welche nicht eingehalten wurden/werden.
Für die Bestellung vom 06.09.2025 wurde zwar zeitnahm eine FedEx Sendungsverfolgungsnummer mitgeteilt, die Bestellung aber erst auf Nachfrage angeblich am 18.09.25 an das Versandunternehmen übergeben. Seither keine Statusänderung, bei Amazon als vermutlich verloren angezeigt.
Die zweite Bestellung vom 23.09.2025 wurde Amazon gegenüber nicht bestätigt, auf Nachfrage vom 29.09.2025 sollte diese innerhalb 24 Stunden an DHL übergeben werden was bis heute nicht geschehen ist.
Zwischenzeitlich wurden die Angebote preislich auf dem Amazon Marktplatz in zwei Schritten um fast 200% erhöht.
Hier kommt der Verdacht auf, dass es von Anfang an nicht beabsichtigt war, die Bestellungen zu dem erheblich niedrigeren Angebotspreis zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung auszuführen.

It's paraben free, which is always a plus for me. I'd urge Herbion to make more paraben free products. Maybe even fragrance free!

Using natural herbs is prevention and treatment.
We have been using herbion's products with natural herbs, for quite some time now. These are our family's favourite for the effectiveness. Herbion's pharma products, for cold, flu and cough are especially good as these have no side effects. Happy to see that the company is growing and the online delivery with COD payment is very helpful. Wish all the best.
