I am sorry to see all the negative reviews. I know it can be frustrating when you work hard for your money and expect to get a good product. I can honestly say I have NEVER been paid to sponsor their hair! I am a regular hard working customer who have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. Every wig I have ordered was excellent! I have worn the same wigs for years and I have no complaints. The wigs I am receiving are quality human hair wigs. I have never had a problem with shipping or my payment method. The company has always emailed me my order confirmation.

I have loved HGH since 2021. Everyone swears it is my hair (even when I change style and color); it is because of the compliments that I receive that I remain a faithful customer. I refuse to wear a wig that wigs (lol)! The curls, the quality, the diversity, the colors, the lengths, the size options, great customer service and on top of that…the AfterPay option… yeah, I’m hooked! Thank God for HGH. These units have given my confidence back. When I look in the mirror, I love the woman I see!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE this company is a RIP OFF. I wish l could give NO stars as this is what they deserve.
I ordered a kinky blow out Glam Gracefulness wig and received it on 10/11/23. Upon receipt there was nothing Glam or Graceful about it; the texture feels like horses hair and it stinks. The length which is meant to be a 14” straight sharp scissor cut is uneven and jagged with some bits being longer than others. The packaging is nice though but l would rather have a good wig as well. Hasten to say the wig is now surplus to requirements and has to be returned.
Prior To Delivery- upon ordering then check out l was greeted with the additional hidden shipment fees (this made matters 100% worst as it boosted my bill) slightly above my budget.
Upon Receipt of Delivery- l received Shipment Airway Bill texts from FEDEX the delivery company. I thought it was fraudulent until rang up to investigate after receiving the texts 2 days in a row. Only to find out from the extremely, professional customer service agent that upon shipping the unit Hergivehair the GREEDY B******* have opted for the ME to pay the DUTY, TAXES and FEES. How WICKED- this company who ships wigs internationally all OVER the world, have the brass neck to DUMP their customers with this BILL.
I am FUMING l want my £10.37 duly, tax & fees REFUNDED!!!
To make matters worst they haven’t responded to my dissatisfaction and returns email yet. This company DON’T CARE about their customers only the MONEY they can make from innocent patrons who trust and believe that they’re ordering in good faith. It’s like l said you’ve NOW been warned AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! l am fed up of these wig companies thinking it’s okay to RIP OFF customers. These wigs ain’t cheap and some of us have to pay for our wigs on credit the very LEAST they can do is sell us what we see on their websites and expect to receive instead of selling us a DREAM. Hergivenhair UNFORTUNATELY is now LISTED amongst those bands of ROBBERS!!! Hang your head down in shame HERGIVENHAIR and answer my email!!!!

Very good experience, the hair doesn’t last very long though. It sheds like crazy, but the texture will definitely match your blow out kinky hair.

Ive been ordering units from hergivenhair for a few years now. I usually order and love the coily units, but lately I have been ordering kinky blow-outs. My head is extremely small so I have get a customize measurement size which works perfectly, the regular small is too large for my head I would always end up trying to customize it myself.. but its better if you send in the measurements and allow them to do it and many times they did not even charge me for the custom fit. I love love love the KINKY BLOW-OU T the texture feels and looks my own nature hair.. I'm about to order another kinky blow-out.. Thank you hergivenhair..

I purchased this Hergivenhair unit in March 2023 but I just pulled it out of the box to bring it to life. The original color was natural black. I colored it light brown and trimmed it to my liking. I really like it! It is very manageable with very little shedding. I will get this again. Thanks Hergivenhair for another great wig!

I received my order a couple of days ago I must say I’m highly disappointed! The hair is very hard and unruly. Nothing like black hair. This hair doesn’t even get soft once an apply moisturizers to it. And after all the damn reviews on youtube. Never believe all the hype on these videos. What a waste of over $200.00 down the fricken drain. Never in life will I purchase from them again.

Before purchasing any hair from this company, i wondered about the texture and quality i would receive. Taking tah tleap of faith was on of the best things i ever did! I have a coily lace wig that ive had for almost 7 years and is till wear that hair till today. I revamped it intensively just last year and its as good as new. The curls are soft and manageable and all my new units(headband wig, U-part wig and clip ins) have a low shedding tendency. I hughly recommend :)

The hair was horrible and a matted, dry mess!! Ladies becareful of reviews from YouTube, some aren't truthful. This puff I purchased was a huge, dry disaster. I can't do anything with it, but trash it. I'm out of a $100.00. I wouldn't refer them at all.

I purchased a set of kinky curly clip ins from this company based on all of the positive reviews. What a mistake!!. I have had the hair for two months now and I realize that these are the worst clip ins I have ever purchased. They shed really badly and matte up when cowashing. I find after installing the clips in I am constantly having to spritz with water and conditioner because the hair dries and mattes so quickly. I can tell these will not last long. What a total waste of 200.00. I will never purchase from this company again. It really is ashamed that these people are selling such a low quality product for such a high price. What a disappointment.

Finding this hair on social media, I was nervous but take the plunge and bought myself a coil wig. The whole process was a phenomenal. The packaging 5 ⭐️ hair 5 ⭐️ communication including if you miss your package 5 ⭐️ as well as the quality of the hair 5 ⭐️ and less shedding 5 ⭐️. It also come with instructions to sort out your wig! With this wig on your head, it feels and looks natural. I buy this for my holiday to Jamaica and Bwoy, I am looking forward to be fox and looking like this hair grows out of my roots. Trust me, you will not be a disappointed customer buying from Hergivinghair! The name said it all.

I had been following posts from hergivenhair for awhile. I was really nervous about spending that much money on a wig I hadn't seen in person. I'm so glad I made the investment. I LOVE THIS HAIR. And I get so many compliments on it. I purchased the ombre headband wig and am already looking for my next purchase. The hair is great quality and natural. Their customer service is great as well!

I absolutely love my headband wig. I receive so many compliments about it and everyone, even family members, believe it’s my real hair! It’s so easy to style and the texture mimics 4b 4c hair effortlessly.
I am going to purchase another once I make up my mind….there are so many styles to choose from. I wish I can have all!

HerGivenHair wigs are of very high quality. I have purchased two units and I receive so many compliments when I wear them. They actually look like my real hair! I'm planning to order my third within the next few days.

The one drawback is the knots on my wigs were not bleached as expected. I don't think this should be something I must do myself with the cost of the units. These units are high-end in quality and in price! Bleached knots should be automatic with every purchase. This is why I scored HerGivenHair at four points, versus five. Other than that, awesome products!

Anna in customer service is absolutely awesome! As mentioned, these units are high-end price-wise, but the quality of the hair and wig construction, coupled with the excellent customer service, makes me not mind spending my money with the business.

I love my v-part coily wig. Everyone including my own family thinks it's my real hair. My hair texture matches the coily pattern to the "T" so my leave out is very easy to blend. I couldn't ask for a better hair option! This is a must to have and very beginner friendly!

I ordered the coily and it matches my hair very welI, I added color. I will be ordering more hair. And I received it with in a week.

I have to say i love the pieces that I’ve received. The hair looks natural and is low maintenance. I’ve had to make some adjustments, and the company has been amenable. My head is smaller than most, so the wig was a little big. They were able to help me on my next wig. The wigs take a long time. However, this is because of a shortage on lace products globally. I’ve experienced this with my other hair vendors, too. Nevertheless, I’m so happy with my purchase. The hair is truly 4C, so expect wash day level effort. I ordered the There’s something about Mary, and a pineapple wig! This combination is key. The pineapple wig is good for a quick errand and my full wig is for when I’m heading out. Hair that mimics my texture and looks great is worth it!

A. For first impressions I did think the price was very expensive however I do think it is worth it but I wish the price was a little lower
After receiving the package I WAS IN LOVE. It came super fast and it looks so natural. TRUST ME IT LOOKS LIKE MY OWN HAIR and it is soft.

B. I’ve been wearing this wig for about a 3 months now and it’s still perfect. I did wash it a couple of times to bring the curls back but that’s normal. After washing the hair there is no shedding and it’s perfectly fine. This is also very low maintenance

Love the hair. The hair is full from root to end. It stands well with washing, drying, and bleaching. Very little shedding. Highly recommend this hair
