It’s my first order from Hermosa Hair and I was impressed by the quality of the hair, so soft, the delivery just on time and great customer service, my next order will be a wig, Thank you Hermosa Hair 👍

I’m very disappointed with this wig. There are several issues with both the product I received and the way it was advertised.

First, the wig is not a full braided wig as advertised. As you can see from my pictures, only the front portion of the wig is braided, while the back consists of tracks. Additionally, the braids in the front are not 18 inches as I ordered. Unfortunately, I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip and did not have enough time to purchase another wig, so I went ahead and installed it despite these issues.

The second issue is the price. The website clearly advertises the 18-inch wig for $159. However, as shown in my screenshot, the price in my cart was $172. When I contacted the company, I was told that the $159 price only applies to the black wig. The problem is that the website does not clearly state this restriction anywhere in the advertisement. If different colors have different prices, that information should be clearly disclosed before customers add the item to their cart.

The only positive thing I can say is that the company does respond to messages. Unfortunately, responding is not the same as resolving the customer’s concerns.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this wig, and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I expected the product I received to match what was advertised, both in terms of the construction and the pricing.

First time getting a wig and I have no regrets….So light and easy to keep up…. Love it🌸🌸👌👌👌

Not the Quality Advertised — Very Disappointed Hermosa Hair

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase - 4C Curly Edges Hairline Glueless Curly Lace Front Human Hair Wig With Super Natural Hairline 220% Density. The company charges a premium price for what is advertised as human hair, but the hair I received was nowhere near the quality that was advertised. To me, the texture and overall quality felt much more like synthetic hair than the human hair I believed I was purchasing.

The quality was so disappointing that I ultimately had to give the hair away because it simply did not meet my expectations or the quality represented in the advertising.

The only reason I initially chose not to return the hair or post an honest review on my page was because I understand that they are a small business, and I genuinely did not want to negatively affect their business. However, I also believe customers deserve transparency, especially when paying a significant amount for a product advertised as human hair.

I also understand that businesses work with content creators to promote their products, and there is nothing wrong with marketing. However, when the product being promoted does not match the quality a customer actually receives, that can be very disappointing and misleading from a customer’s perspective.

I personally would not recommend this hair based on my experience. I paid for the quality that was advertised and unfortunately did not receive it.

I wish I don’t get to see their promotional misleading ads ever again! All the 5 stars reviews about this company is fake and misleading! Do not shop from them! I will be sharing pictures on TikTok

Delivery was pretty quick. Got it within the week. Received a glueless wig. Didn’t have a bad smell . Quality was super nice , very soft and the color was beautiful

Hermosahair makes the most beautiful wigs for the most reasonable prices. I purchased a wig with brown edges during the summer and everywhere I wore it, I received lots of compliments. I directed most people who wanted to purchase it to Hermosahair.

I buy nothing but Hermosa Hair Wigs. The order comes super fast all the time. Only downside when I wash the piece it naps up something fierce and nasty!! Where I can’t untangle it it’s a hot mess and I’ve had to throw away a wig because it was so matted and clumps of hair was coming out! Bad experience for me. Only one I had and I had to hurry and order an another one quickly to replace it! Was very sad 😞

Quality is manifesting itself the free gift was over rewarding ,love the texture of the hair,this was unexpectedly amazing the free gift was lashes, makeup brushes, nails and a inspiration taught that I needed right that moment I would recommend you try this hair and it looks really real and fit properly, comes with extensions straps to costomize.
