I’m very Soft, Stylish, and Looks So Natura with this wig
I’m very impressed with this wig! The shipping was super fast, and the hair quality is amazing. The hair is soft, beautiful, and looks just like the pictures. The braiding is gorgeous, and the wig was easy to put on and style. I’m definitely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!

The hair is definitely worth…
The hair is definitely worth purchasing. It is soft. The only thing I would advise is if they can do a little bit more braids in the front it's just too scanty but otherwise everything else is perfect

Waste of money
Just received my 148.25 wig today and what a disappointment! Definitely not what I expected. Hair is too silky and at 150% density it looks unfinished. Not worth returning due to all the fees I will incur since it came from China. Probably won't purchase from this site again.

Second hair i brought from them amd the…
Second hair i brought from them amd the fixest of the hair is not 220% and the hair knots can still see black and gaps. Also my first hair kept getting noted up when wearing it and really bad when using it. The hair goes like a sponge and hard canot comb out. I have emailed serval times and sent wats app messages and they ignore u when u habe an issue with the hair. But only get bk to u when u asking on time of delivery.

Order Never Delivered From August 18
I placed Order H154101 on August 18 and paid $134.99 for a 16-inch human-hair wig. Hermosa Hair advertised delivery within five to six days on Instagram, yet I still have not received my order.
The tracking stopped updating, and every time I contacted the company, I was told the package was stuck at customs. I clearly requested a refund, but instead of refunding my money, they repeatedly offered to send another package. I do not want a replacement, I want my $134.99 refunded.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The advertised delivery time was misleading, and Hermosa Hair has refused to resolve the matter according to my request. For refund I’m told to engage their sales team. It’s absurd!
Update!!!!!
UPDATE: After repeatedly delaying my refund, Hermosa Hair emailed me stating that they would process it immediately only if I deleted my review first. I have attached their email as proof.
A legitimate refund should not be conditional upon removing an honest customer review. This attempt to silence me instead of resolving the issue makes this experience even more concerning. I will not delete my truthful review before receiving the money owed to me.
This is their response!!!!

Customer Service is excellent first of all.
I ordered this short braided wig because I have other wigs that are longer braided. I absolutely love them and I wanted a different look. I received the straight short wig as a free wig when I bought the braided one. I wasn’t expecting much from either. Let’s just say I was pleasantly surprised with both. I was unsure about the color as well, and I absolutely love the color of both of them. Customer Service checked up to make sure I received my order which I thought was very nice.

Love Hermosahair’s quality, delivery and, the follow up service. Instead of sitting for hours getting my natural hair braided, I saw an advertisement on social media with 5 star reviews and decided to try it out. And, I could not be more pleased. I was skeptical about trying a 4c wig but Hermosahair did not disappoint. Delivery was timely, the hair is soft and very natural looking; you couldn’t tell me it wasn’t my hair (LOL). It was really cool that someone followed up to ensure I had a good experience, that was a perfect touch for me. I would definitely be buying again.
