Top Tier Service and Top Quality Wigs
First and foremost this is an updated review. The previous review was based on my not so pleasant experience with this company. However, my faith has been restored.
I can honestly say that their products are top quality and the customer relations are really outstanding. As I mentioned I had a complaint with the hairline of the first unit I received, and Hermosahair responded immediately and worked with me until I was 100% satisfied.
I am very impressed with my new unit and even more so with the professionalism and efficiency that my order was handled. Top tier service and quality wigs. I am a satisfied customer, which often with most hair companies this is not the case. Thank you Hermosahair.

absolutely love this wig! The burgundy color is gorgeous and vibrant, and the hair is soft, silky, and has a beautiful natural flow. The straight texture looks really good, and I love the bangs/fringe style because it gives the wig a cute, effortless look without needing much styling.
The wig is also full and has great density, and the 220% looks exactly like I wanted—thick without looking unnatural. The lace area is easy to work with, and the wig was packaged nicely when it arrived.
I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. I’ve already gotten compliments on it! 💕 The quality is better than I expected, and I would definitely recommend this wig to anyone looking for a beautiful burgundy unit.

The wig that I purchased looked nothing…
The wig that I purchased looked nothing like the pics. It was thin and see through. The wig had two different textures- the front half was curly and the back half was wavy. It also did not seem or feel like human hair, it seemed synthetic (wiry/stiff) or a possible blend.
I returned it and was refunded. I also had to pay shipping for the return, which I didn't think was fair since the product didn't meet what was advertised. I wanted to leave a review because it seems like a lot of reviews are possibly incentivized to leave 5 stars which doesn't help those of us who are looking for honest product feedback.

I absolutely love this Hermosa Hair 😍 The texture looks so natural and blends beautifully like real 4C hair. The curls are soft, full, and very pretty. The lace also blends really well, and the hairline looks natural. It’s easy to wear and I’ve already received so many compliments. Definitely one of the most natural-looking wigs I’ve purchased. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

The company gives good quality hair that is soft and thick and easy ti style. Hair is long-lasting and easy to style. I was a little skeptical about the delivery at first since the carrier isn’t what I’m used to but everything went smoothly.

It's a scam. The hair is terrible, it turns to sponge once washed.
The hair is terrible! When l received it, it looked great, was soft and nice so I invested in 2 more. What I should have done was to wash the first one before ordering more. When you wash it, the tangling is literally sponge!! I have been using wigs for more than 30 years but never seen anything like this. Unfortunately because the wigs have been washed, I can't return it which is scammy from the company.Really upset about how much I've wasted on this scam!

I have ordered from Hermosa before and received a beautiful curly unit that I absolutely Love. Minimal shedding and it works for me very well.
