This man is a socially inept twisted individual who is in a position of power and trust. He would stare at you for long periods of time without saying anything. The children found it very unsettling. Please keep this man away from your family at all costs.

A disgusting example of a human being

A dangerous dangerous so called expert who should be avoided at all costs.

This guy was brilliant. He was the first one to really diagnose the problem my ex narcissist against everyone who believed her against all odds. He is sharp and will irritate many as he will not go with the flow. He will find out what your ex is lying about and in a matter of hours will see who is write or wrong. The people making bad reviews are probably the ones he found out.

Avoid this man at all costs. Do not let your legal team allow this man to be instructed. He works with social services and cafcass. Avoid

Dr. Hessel Willemsen is notorious for minimising child abuse as well as rape and violence against mothers, fully documented in MARAC highest level and Original council risk assessments. He is employed by CAFCASS for family court with intention to put children at risk and go on blaming mothers for going to refuges and listening to advise of refuge safety experts, and calling it Parental Alienation. This totally goes against UNICEF children's rights and MoJ guidelines that if child is at risk of harm, contact with that parent is not a must. This so called expert is an expert in harming victims and hardly listened to incidents, experiences or account of me or my son after being made homeless due to DV in UK with no friends and family because due to Dr. Willemsen judge thinks contact is most essential.

Shame on you UK system for this repeated feedback from most DV victims at your family court sent to Hessel Willemsen!!

Kathleen O Connor - David Wilson Solicitors

Kathleen O Connor is a Senior Associate at David Wilson Solicitors, Ipswich; works regularly with the profit-making corporation known as CAFCASS.

Kathleen O Connor also promotes and sometimes insists on the services of the criminal psychologist Dr Hessel Willemsen to enable her to achieve the narratives she requires along with CAFCASS, assisted by 1 Garden Court Chambers to unlawfully remove children from loving families, all for profit.

Kathleen O Connor has always been fully aware of the lack of expertise of Hessel Willemsen when she (Kathleen O Connor) used Hessel Willemsen to complete a report on a young Mother from Colchester; Willemsen subsequently diagnosed the young Mother with borderline personality disorder even though the young Mother had been diagnosed by Doctors registered with the GMC as having no mental health issues and had no record of any such condition.

Within weeks of the above case Kathleen O Connor once again insisted on the services of Psychologist Hessel Willemsen to complete a report on another young Mother also from Colchester knowing full well Willemsen did not have the appropriate expertise to carry out such a diagnosis and making this young Mother wait 4 months for Willemsen to become available to complete the said report even though other Psychologists were available. Unbeknown to Willemsen this young Mother recorded her interviews with him; when Willemsen completed his report, the recordings confirmed Willemsen had lied.

Kathleen O Connor is still using Hessel Willemsen today unlawfully trafficking children for financial gain.

“Kathleen O Connor/Hessel Willemsen should be suspended pending an investigation by the Serious Fraud Office, although I believe the Police and most family Court Judges are fully aware of the activities of Kathleen O Connor and Dr Hessel Willemsen regarding invoices related to the public funding certificates.

Dr Willemsen has been committing fraud by false representation under section 2 of the fraud act 2006, removing hundreds/thousands of children, diagnosing countless mothers with fictitious mental health issues whilst claiming hundreds of thousands if not millions of pounds from the children’s public funding certificates using false and misleading documents to do so. Willemsen must be investigated by the serious fraud office.

Kathleen O Connor/Hessel Willemsen along with David Wilson Solicitors are invited to issue proceedings in Open Court if they can prove any of the above untrue.
