Disgusted by the treatment of Kathleen and also David.
Both parties were vile in their approach and I experienced huge issues with them throughout such an appalling process.

I just urge anyone never to use these crooks ever. They treat people like the dirt on the bottom of their shoes and have one goal only, money!!

Disgusting and should be removed from law altogether!!

Kathleen O Connor is a Senior Associate at David Wilson Solicitors, Ipswich; works regularly with the profit-making corporation known as CAFCASS.

Kathleen O Connor also promotes and sometimes insists on the services of the criminal psychologist Dr Hessel Willemsen to enable her to achieve the narratives she requires along with CAFCASS, assisted by 1 Garden Court Chambers to unlawfully remove children from loving families, all for profit.

Kathleen O Connor has always been fully aware of the lack of expertise of Hessel Willemsen when she (Kathleen O Connor) used Hessel Willemsen to complete a report on a young Mother from Colchester; Willemsen subsequently diagnosed the young Mother with borderline personality disorder even though the young Mother had been diagnosed by Doctors registered with the GMC as having no mental health issues and had no record of any such condition.

Within weeks of the above case Kathleen O Connor once again insisted on the services of Psychologist Hessel Willemsen to complete a report on another young Mother also from Colchester knowing full well Willemsen did not have the appropriate expertise to carry out such a diagnosis and making this young Mother wait 4 months for Willemsen to become available to complete the said report even though other Psychologists were available. Unbeknown to Willemsen this young Mother recorded her interviews with him; when Willemsen completed his report, the recordings confirmed Willemsen had lied.

Kathleen O Connor is still using Hessel Willemsen today unlawfully trafficking children for financial gain.

“Kathleen O Connor/Hessel Willemsen should be suspended pending an investigation by the Serious Fraud Office, although I believe the Police and most family Court Judges are fully aware of the activities of Kathleen O Connor and Dr Hessel Willemsen regarding invoices related to the public funding certificates.

Dr Willemsen has been committing fraud by false representation under section 2 of the fraud act 2006, removing hundreds/thousands of children, diagnosing countless mothers with fictitious mental health issues whilst claiming hundreds of thousands if not millions of pounds from the children’s public funding certificates using false and misleading documents to do so. Willemsen must be investigated by the serious fraud office.

Kathleen O Connor/Hessel Willemsen along with David Wilson Solicitors are invited to issue proceedings in Open Court if they can prove any of the above untrue.
