Hewyn Reviews

Salma was extremely helpful and patience with my inquiry

Salma is very accommodation and considerate with my request.

Hewyn is an awesome provider for all fitness supplements you need - delivery and customer support in UAE is great. Thanks so much Ryan and the team!

Ms. Salma is very professional and helpful, she helped me with a great patience and excellent way... god bless

Thank you Lojain for your valuable input on my order.
Great follow-up! Keep it up.

I have had excellent service from Hewyn. My orders always come on time. Today, I had a question and Salma provided a very quick and informed response. I highly recommend Hewyn for your health product needs.

Ironically my 5 star review is based on a negative experience I had. I ordered an item that displayed the wrong version of the product, and I only realized it once the confirmation email came in. Lojain from their support team cancelled order immediately after I pointed out the product images and description didn’t match, (email sent midnight, response by 10am). Refund hit my account the same day. Straightforward and no runaround. Highly credible platform and responsive real customer support email.

Excellent customer service, thank you Lojain.

Salma was really kind and there was no problem with the cancellation of my order.
She answered fast and it was very uncomplicated.

I recently ran into a minor issue with my order, but Ryan from the customer service team handled it in the absolute best way possible. Ryan was incredibly helpful, fast, and polite throughout the whole process, resolving everything seamlessly by issuing a complete refund and generously letting me keep the items.
It is rare to find a company—and a support representative—that puts customer satisfaction first like this. Ryan turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience. Exceptional service, unmatched integrity, and top-tier support—I’ll definitely be returning as a loyal customer!

Lojain turned my frustration into a satisfied client experience, when I found out that my package is missing an item, she immediately responded to my email confirming that it’s on the way.

Well done Lojain and keep such quality of work ongoing .

Thank you
Iman
