I bought the bandeau bra. Buy one get a second free.
These items took over 3 weeks to arrived, as a result I was forced to purchase from somewhere else as they were needed for my hols.
I have been contacting them for the last two weeks to arrange a return with NO RESPONSE !, but yet still I receive emails everyday regarding new products from the same email address.
Looks like I have no choice but to keep these unwanted items.
Very bad customer service !!

Disgusting, don’t buy!!!!!!

I bought the bandeau bra. Buy one get a second free..bought 'm' based on their size guide, im actually 34e but figured 32dd would make the bra extra secure. It was way too big!! Horrible quality fabric. Contacted them to return but they offered me 15% refund as a 'goodwill gesture'. Sent a snotty email but no reply. Its such a scam!! It really does annoy me that theres no recourse!! All the people they must make money from because their product is not as advertised, cheap and nasty.

I order the dresses with the built in shorts absolutely love the colour but they have sent me xs when I'm XL

Bought bras after following their size guide. What I got, I can only describe as saggy bits of material. Way too big, no support whatsoever & I have a hard time believing that it would stay on, even if it was the right size. Looked at their returns & they want €20 to return. That's basically the price of the bra. Don't buy from them. I'm not even going to bother sending them back. Just going to bin them.

I ordered the bras based on size chart. Entirely too big, cheap material, awful!! The return policy is such that it is not work with. SCAM! Hope this reaches others... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I’d checked their review before purchasing. I bought 2 strapless bras size L. Items poor quality and more like XXL in size. Contacted the company and no reply

Horrendous fit. Took weeks to come and not only is the material cheap but they are nothing like the website. They are enormous and absolutely terrible. Website says money back guarantee but what isn't initially clear is that they charge you 20 euros to return. These will go in the bin and money is now down the drain. Wish I read this first - hopefully this helps someone not make the mistake I did. Such a scam!!!!

The product came up large and therefore I requested a refund.
They said that they will provide another replacement product. When they took too long to reply I requested a refund again (the event I wanted to wear this to had passed) and they have aid they cannot process one.
Currently still in battle with them to try and get my money back

Don’t buy from this site, the delivery takes forever and when it eventually arrives it’s nothing like what you ordered. When trying to return the items THEY CHARGE YOU £20 to return……absolute joke.

The Bandeau bras took a couple of weeks to arrive.I ordered L as suggested by sizing but they were huge! The product did not look like the photos on website either. Check refund policy before you buy…it costs €20 to post back to Belgium!! So not worth it, an obvious policy to prevent returns. Will definitely NOT be ordering again.

I would not recommend using this company at all, what i purchased was absolutely not the same as what was advertised, the quality is shocking and the fit was awful (you type in what size you are, and they tell you what size you need to buy) I have looked into returning the items, but they charge you £20 to return, why should I have to pay to return when it’s not fit for purpose! Stay away from this site at all costs!
