This is scam site, my 20000 withdraw not success. Becarefull

Be careful! These are scammers! They only accept deposits but do not pay out money! My withdrawal request has not been confirmed for 2 weeks! Support does not respond!

Don't waste your time with them. They limit bets. I was never able to play 3 bets for $20.

You only can deposit or withdraw through crypto.
They are fast on withdrawal but they have some traps to stop you. Let's say you have 2 placed bets for $10 X 2 and you will make maximum $50 so they won't let you get another $10 for a new bet and they will force you to lower amount to around $3. Lol loosers we are in 2025 and there is no website left like this.

I can't withdraw money. First, I filled up on the wrong network, BEP20 instead of ERC20, wrote to the chat, they said they would transfer it to the finance department. It's been about a week, but no one has told me anything. After that, I replenished my balance 3 more times for a total of $ 600. As a result, I won $500. I recently registered on HeyBets.io and deposited $250 in crypto. After a nice win on Starlight Princess 1000, I requested a withdrawal of $3,000 CAD. It’s now been over 48 hours, and the withdrawal remains stuck in “unconfirmed” status.

I contacted support after 24 hours and was told the issue would be escalated to their finance team. Since then, I’ve received no updates, and my follow-up emails and live chat messages have gone unanswered.

Like other users said; played here a few months, deposit and withdraws were effortless and sent immediately. After reaching silver level 1 vip, I had a $2000 withdrawal and it said it needs admin confirmation. I’ve contacted support but they have gone radio silent and I foresee I will not receive my withdrawal. They have lost a lifetime customer for greed. Stay far away.

Played here for months- depositing and withdrawing thousands multiple times a day.

I finally won something decent last night, and my withdrawals were stuck in 'Pending Review', something that has never happened. Fast forward several hours, and when I try to login to my account I get a message that it is deactivated, with no payout to my wallet and 0 response from support or the VIP hosts.

This is 100% a scam, I'm shocked. You're already losing money by gambling - but the fact that the second you win something back, they just shut your account down with no word/reasoning is insane.

They’ll let you deposit and lose over and over. You can win small bits back and they’ll immediately process withdrawals. But if you get hot and start to actually win your money back they will slow the withdrawal process and in what seems like a lot of these cases just plain steal your money. Trying to self exclude after the 24 hour cool off they send you a link to click to confirm the exclusion....it doesn't work it just refreshed the heybets page... I have contacted them five times to close my account and exclude it permanently but they don't do it
