Resolved
Shame - was looking forward to these but Oasis just can't seem to deliver them. Just get 'Delivery Exception, No Access to Delivery Location.' - but we have a 24 hour delivery room... The only company I've ever used that has failed to deliver to this address.
This was resolved swiftly by the Oasis team.

I had a great experience with Oasis. I ordered two ambient lights and four standard smart bulbs. Unfortunately, one of the bulbs was defective right out of the box, but their customer service was outstanding. I reported the issue and received a response within minutes. They immediately arranged to send a replacement bulb and provided a return shipping label with no hassle.
The products themselves have exceeded my expectations. The ambient lights create a beautiful atmosphere, the light bulbs perform great in my existing lamps, and the app was quick and easy to set up. Everything connected without any issues.
It’s refreshing to find a company that not only makes quality products but also stands behind them with exceptional customer service.

Super buggy
I love the concept and really loved them while they worked. But after I relocated them in my flat they stopped working and syncing right and basically haven’t worked for months, I’ve disconnected my phone, tried my partners phone, forgot the network and reloaded them 10+ times. They are so so buggy. I cannot get them to sync again. Such a waste of money and frustrating waste of time.

Oasis for the win
We ordered two Ambient lights for our kitchen counter. They're attractive, easy to set up, and offer a nice range of lighting softness (6 shades of white to amber) and brightness (continuum of dim to bright). The team is proactive, responsive, and friendly.

I really love these lights but only…
I really love these lights but only being able to control them from your phone is not practical. Guests can’t use them, pet sitters, or my elderly relatives. And just now i got to open the app and I was logged out for some reason and it took 10 minutes to figure out how to log in…10 minutes to turn on lights. Please please please make a switch.

I ordered the wrong bulbs 💡 but ended up happy!
I ordered the wrong bulbs 💡 (too small) and wrote to Oasis Support as soon as they were delivered and I noticed I was in error. They wrote back within an hour and sent me a pair of the standard bulbs at no extra charge and told me to keep the others or gift them. I’m continually impressed with their customer service, products, and look forward to seeing Apple HomeKit integration soon!

I wish every company was like Oasis!
First off, my living room is PERFECT. The way I have the lights configured to change throughout the late afternoon and into the night is so calming and looks amazing. The set up is super simple. Having a full Alexa house, this set up is by far the easiest of any of my smart home products.
Lastly, the customer service from Oasis is absolutely stellar. I started a chat with them pretty late at night l, assuming they’d get the messages in the morning. Within seconds they replied. A minute later my issue was resolved. It was a purchasing issue on my end, not anything they did or product related.
Oasis is the real deal. I genuinely can not wait to see what other products they come up with. I’m a customer for life!!!
