Awesome prompt customer service! Ordering and receiving the lights was easy, I like them a lot, and when I messed up and needed to do a return they simply refunded me ASAP and let me keep the lights. They were super helpful and on top of it.

The customer service has been so amazing. The Oasis team responds quickly and with such kindness. Not to mention the product is absolutely amazing! Look, I’m almost 40 and this is the first time I’ve ever had smart lighting and I’m absolutely obsessed. The Candle setting is so perfect for the evening when you’re trying to wind down. If you’re neurospicy like I am, you’ll appreciate that these lights aren’t overstimulating and can easily adjust to your mood. I just splurged and bought another set for our bedroom. Plus they integrate with Alexa! If you’re on this fence this is your sign to just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Great product. Extremely easy to set up. Minimal hassle. Would love more RGB color options, hope for that in a future product and will probably buy several more sets when that happens.

These lights are beautiful! Great quality and the setup was the easiest I've seen for smart home devices. Customer service support was also wonderful and responsive. If you have a good setup for ambient lighting, I highly recommend!

Really surprised by how generous customer support was. You can tell they stand behind their product and want a great customer experience.

The branding and customer experience is fantastic - super easy and beautifully designed. Definitely creates a vibe. The only reason I asked to return it is because I have very specific color temperature lights in my house and this ran a bit more red than mine. But still, most people won’t have that issue and will love it.

Okay, I was having issues with connecting the lamp on the app and Oasis proactively reached out. 😮☺️🤩Impressive! As a fellow developer, I am jealous bc I wish I could see the set-up they have to proactively know when and how a customer is having issues.

Also, I love how the lamp calms our space at night. It elevates our space and makes it more peaceful and intentional. Much better than overhead lighting when it’s time to wind down for the night.

Customer service has just been proactive and exceptional. Exceeded our expectations! We will be buying more products for sure.
