Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! And the lights? Easy to install and paired well with Alexa. We are loving this in our house. In fact, we love it so much that we got our parents their set of ambient and bulbs. Would highly recommend this to my friends and loved ones ❤️

Cool.lights and great customer service
First- the lighting is really cool and looks great in the house!
2nd- i bought a 4 pack and was having trouble getting one to hook up to internet. I figured i would work on it when I got back from Drill. While at drill. I got an email saying there was a batch having this issue. I reached out to Oasis, explained the issue and they had one to my house before I got home. Great customer service, and again... the lights look really cool in the house!

Amazing company to work with.
Great customer service! I bought their starter pack with 4 lights to try them out. I loved them so I bought their 8 pack. I wanted to return the original 4 pack since I didn't need that many lights and Oasis said I can keep the lights and they will just refund me for the 4 pack! Great customer service on their part!
The lights work great! I love how you can choose the color temp depending on time of day or what room you install them in. The app is clean and easy to use.

The ambient lights were lovely, but unfortunately, could not integrate with my smart thermostat, causing it to disconnect from the wifi. However, the return process and customer service support was outstanding. I only wish I could have used the lights.

Worth it!
While it’s undeniably expensive, the lights are truly beautiful and really makes our apartment get that cozy feeling I’ve been looking for. I do recommend getting enough of them so you can actually make a bigger difference in ambience. We got the 8 pc kit and were able to cover our living room and bedroom.

I LOVE these lights!
I can’t remember the last time I was this impressed with a company/product. Not only did the lights arrive quickly, but they were packaged beautifully. The lights themselves are absolutely wonderful. The app is easy to use. I just love everything about Oasis.

Not giving 5 stars because it doesnt connect with Alexa as mentioned. I tried hard to make it work and it should be something simpler. Checking online many complaints about this
