It is a very efficient service, well designed and built. The monthly fee is reasonable and the opportunities are numerous. I use it to bring my art books to the attention of the art world and it works very well. Minor problems that I had with functionality appeared to be my own neglect, and the support I got from the help desk is to be commended.

We use Heyzine to publish a digital magazine for our customers. We switched to Heyzine after Issuu significantly increased its prices, and it has proven to be a very good alternative for us.

The platform is easy to use, offers the features we need and presents our magazine in a professional and user-friendly way.

We are also very satisfied with the customer service. Questions are answered quickly, clearly and helpfully. In one recent case, the support team helped us find the correct download setting within a very short time.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Heyzine and would recommend it to organizations looking for a professional and affordable way to publish digital magazines.

I've been doing a newsletter District IX of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs in eight counties of Florida, 23 garden clubs and 6 Affiliate Members total of about 1900+ people. In the past sent newsletter by PDF email to Presidents to forward to their 1900 members. I never knew how many people opened the newsletter via email. This past week I used Heyzine for the first E-Newsletter and again it was sent to Presidents to forward. With Heyzine statistics, after 3 days of publishing, I was able to determine that only 6% of the audience opened the newsletter. During the summer people are traveling etc. nontheless I was disapointed .. but I am thrilled I have statistics (diagrams). I sent an email to the 29 newsletter Contributors with Heyzine statistical diagrams on Visits/Viewers to show the 6% penetration. This is wonderful to be able to track Visitors and Views and have quick statistics to share.
