Sehr viel habe ich noch nicht probiert, aber bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden. Absoluter Pluspunkt, im Service arbeiten noch richtige Menschen und mir wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet!

This was daunting at first, but the company was VERY responsive and VERY helpful, even after many small questions. It is a wonderful product. We will absolutely use them again.

The product itself is fantastic. Lots of options, simple to use, reasonably priced. The final result is great, and it's so easy to share with whomever you need to. The customer service is where they really shine. Recently, I couldn't log in, and it turned out to be 100% my own fault. The rep replied to my message within hours, and she had me back on track right away. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. I was embarrassed that I had wasted their time, but Belen was extremely nice about it. This is a rare experience today. Too many companies think customer service is old-fashioned or a waste of money (or they're just too lazy to train people). I would definitely recommend Heyzine to anyone looking for a way to create flipbooks.

J’utilise Heyzine depuis plusieurs années déjà, étant passé de la version gratuite au forfait pro en raison de ma grande satisfaction. Récemment, j’ai rencontré un problème du au fichier à importer et n’arrivant pas à le régler par moi-même j’ai envoyé un message au support. J’étais persuadé qu’aucune suite totalement satisfaisante serait donnée et, au contraire, réactivité, efficacité et plein accompagnement m’ont été assurés dans les minutes suivantes. Un argument supplémentaire (s’il en fallait) pour rester fidèle à Heyzine et recommander objectivement l’ensemble de ses services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Je suis très contente des services de Heyzine et franchement envoyer une formule FlipBook plutôt qu'un PDF, c'est très attrayant ! Vraiment je recommande vivement.
Le plus ? une réaction très rapide lorsque nous avons besoin d'un conseil... Cela fait maintenant plus de 3ans que je suis sur cette plateforme.

My client was looking for a free or inexpensive way to display their annual report as a flipbook. After much research, I found Heyzine, and everyone has been very happy with it. As an added bonus, when we had an account issue (which was our fault, not the fault of Heyzine), their customer service was fantastic! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a site whereby I could produce a flip book to use offline without the crazy subscription charges - Heyzine was £39.00 for the year for a standard subscription (1 site I looked at wanted £800), so really affordable! Very easy to use and with lovely results. From uploading a PDF to creating a shareable ebook took me five minutes.
Looks great both on a PC and a mobile phone.
The free version gives you 5 free Flipbooks with no limit to the number of pages so you can try before you buy.
€45 a year gives you unlimited Flipbooks so its a no brainer for me.
The Customer service response to a query I had was very fast, helpful and had me sorted within 3 emails.

We are now starting our third year with Heyzine and the results have been exceptional. Not only do we use it to deliver business proposals to prospective customers, but in addition I also use it personally to produce a monthly society magazine. The society members all compliment the ease of access; clearly readable on PC, tablet, or phone.
