Efficiency in problem resolution and quick response!

I have owned the account for years and need to have some questions answered that their knowledge base did not have. I marked the request urgent. I received answers to my question in less than one-half-hour. We resolved my issues nearly immediately. Highly recommend.

Heyzine is a great program. Very easy and quick to use. I created great flip books within a few minutes. Very easy to add creative touches to the final flip book too.

I sent a few questions to support when I needed to do something and they answered very quickly and explained what to do to get the effect I needed.

Very impressed with the program and their great support.

I definitely recommend Heyzine. Try it out, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

Aside of that,
The interface of magazine is realistic and very easy to use.

Edits: The founder replied immediately after I left the review here and solved my problem literally overnight, on a weekend no less.
In light of this, I am changing my review to 5 stars.

The tool is fairly good, the support less so.
For some reason, the country field doesn’t show when they ask for your billing details. I believe it got populated automatically from my payment method (apple pay). This was a business purchase, and my business is not incorporated in the same location as my apple pay account. I asked for help in correcting it. I received an edited invoice with the same country error - so the exact same as the first time. And when I notified them of this error, with screenshots and details, I received no further replies. This means I cannot deduct the subscription as a business expense.

I am a nature photographer with multiple galleries, I find Hayzine to be a great way to share albums in an interesting an affordable way. Hayzine is the best.

I've use HeyZine for several years now and have find it to be easy to use, stable, and easy to promote. Any questions I've had along the way have been handle promptly and quickly!

I am new to Heyzine and reached out to the customer care with a few questions and they responded immediately. This is so helpful when you're working in a fast-paced environment. 5* for customer service.

It’s clear, easy to use, and visually attractive. Used to work with Issuu but happy I changed to Heyzine.

Heyzine is a fantastic service. The price is excellent, the standard is superb. It is extremely easy to use, and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend Heyzine for flip books, magazines etc. It is wonderful.

I just signed up and am already very impressed with both the platform and the ease and quick response of the customer support.
I publish a digital magazine and have used another system and this is by far much better.
I'm using the paid plan and it seems to be well worth it. I will do a follow up comment after using Heyzine for a month or so.

I became aware of Heyzine through a business connection, so when I was about to do trade show I didn't hesitate to utilize their free subscription... quickly moving to a paid subscription which is brilliant value for a small / growing business.

I have a digital business card on my phone and was able to pop my Heyzine flipbook link into my intro text message, enabling any new connection to understand my business offering at the tap of a phone.

The platform's tools are very easy to use even if you're not particularly technically minded, and offer great insights into viewing traffic. Their support is very helpful and respond quickly and with understanding... a rarity these days with software/platform companies in my experience.

This platform is easy to use and does exactly what I need without any hassle. The features are solid, and it offers excellent value for money. Customer support is genuinely top-tier, responses are fast, and they’re always ready to help when you need it.
