10 out of 10 in all areas!
Not only are the products fabulous quality but the service feels really personal too! The colours are gorgeous - I have far more Hammam towels than I strictly ‘need’, but know I’ll be back for more!
They’re awesome for travelling - A generous size, but pack up nice and small and are very light and quick drying. I also travel with the hand towels too… : ) So versatile, beautiful colours, and fab quality!

Dear Liz,
If there was an award for the ultimate Hammam towel connoisseur, it would absolutely go to you! 🏆
Reading your review was such a joy for our whole team, this beautiful review completely made our week! We always strive to make our service feel personal, but getting to connect with wonderful customers like you makes our work genuinely rewarding.
It means so much to us that you appreciate the details—the vibrant colours, the lightweight design, and just how versatile these towels can be when you're on the move. You truly understand the heart behind what we do.
There is no such thing as "too many" Hammam towels in our book, We think your collection is perfect, and we’ll always be right here to welcome you back whenever the next gorgeous colour catches your eye. And we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our journey. Thank you for being such a brilliant champion of our brand!
Warmest wishes,

What a lovely company to deal with!
What a lovely company to deal with - the customer service is second to none. Unfortunately, the bathrobes didn't fit and so I sadly had to return them which was a shame as they were so soft and gorgeous colours. HforHammam's customer service couldn't have been more kind in helping me change the order to a set of towels and dispatching them the same day! I know this will be my go-to supplier of soft Turkish Hammam towels for our campervan. They are just ideal as a quick-drying, space-saving solution to avoid heavy wet traditional towels. Plus, they look beautiful, what's not to love.

It sounds like they’ve found a great home in your campervan—we agree that being quick-drying and space-saving makes them the ultimate travel companion. We’re so happy to be your new go-to for Hammam towels.
When you inevitably take those dreamy pictures in your van, every now and again please remember to tag us #HforHammam on instagram :) We would be delighted to see them!
Wishing you many soft and beautiful adventures on the road! 🚐✨

Hi Kath,
Thank you so much for the lovely review! We are thrilled to hear you’re loving the quality and the value of your new Light Grey Diamond towels.
We especially love the tip about using them for your curls—the 100% cotton weave is much gentler on hair than a standard towel, so we’re glad to hear they’re helping you create that perfect look!
Thanks again for choosing H for Hammam. Enjoy your new set!

This company made me feel like a valued customer. I bought into a BOGOF offer and the free item was not to my taste. I emailed them and they went over and above to help me
Their communication was excellent, they offered a solution and also refunded me within days
They kept me informed all along the way
Also, the quality of their product was excellent

Item not received and no idea when its coming as there is no tracking information on the email confirmation.
I did receive my item 1hour later and I also received 2 rude patronising emails from them. I stand by my one star review as their attitude and rudeness in the emails to me was very unprofessional.
