Zoe is awesome. She took the time to explain the application process along with guiding us through the required steps despite all of our very silly questions. Zoe is a very friendly, professional mortgage broker. I found her from unbiased website. She managed to find a mortgage for my complicated situation. Unfortunately I had to back out from the mortgage application as last-minute due toy circumstances change.She also cancelled my application immediately. She has a broker fee but it is reasonable. I definitely recommend her services.
