Change of mortgage
Thank you for your assistance with our new mortgage. So far everything seems to have gone smoothly. Having contacted the previous mortgage company Birmingham Midshires to ensure their payments are stopped. They have advise me to ring them ring them in the next day or so to make the old mortgage is finalised. Deborah and Shaun Gallagher.

Not all heroes wear capes
6 weeks from putting in our offer on our 1st family home we have completed. After a recommendation from a friend we decided that after 2 failed mortgage applications over the years by applying ourselves, this time
to leave it to the professionals and boy are we glad we did. Kelly and Lorna were there for us from day one right up to yesterday when we completed. Always at the end of the phone or on emails to answer questions for us that they had probably answered a hundred times before.
Polite, professional and like our guardian angels.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We didn’t think we would be afford to move but she had all our information without having to go through the stressful part of finding everything . She has been very supportive and easy to get hold of . Lorna is now helping to take over the process of moving which I’m sure she will be very helpful too . Both are very friendly and approachable . 1st Time Buyers. Nothing but positive things to say.
After a recommendation from a friend we decided to use Rokform Finance to help us get a mortgage for our 1st house purchase. The speed they managed to get our file up and running to getting our agreement in principle to then getting the application in and approved was amazing.
