Great purchase, great customer service
I did have a problem with my parcel not arriving via DPD so I had to contact Customer Services. They were so helpful and sent a replacement which arrived the following day. Great service. Returns are impossible
Returns are impossible. I ordered an item based on the description given online, but on opening the package and reading the installation instruction enclosed, it became clear that the curved curtain pole I had ordered was unsuitable for my bay window. When I enquired about returning the item, I was told I would need to arrange a courier and a booking company was recommended when I asked for one. However, all courier companies have quoted around £44 to return this curtain pole, which is almost the same as the value of the item. I have contacted Hiatt to ask for advice or an alternative solution but have not received a response. It seem that I will be almost £50 out of pocket for a item that I cannot use and cannot return. Unfortunately, this is due to insufficient information being given on the listing for this item.

We can confirm that the original delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the parcel was subsequently taken to a local DPD Pickup shop for collection. As the goods were not collected, the order was returned back to us and has only recently been received.
Following this, we have now processed a full refund for your order, including the original delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.
