Hideaway is a great Aussie company and definitely something I'd recommend trying, I've been a long time user and recieved an email asking for a review and it offered a $35 voucher highlighting the push on the Perfumes (thats the cost of them) I would normally rate them a 5 however the focus for the last 12 months has been the perfume and rebranding which has made getting products difficult because they're just not available and when they are its limited stock. The whipped soap was a fav which was replaced with the mousse, the sizes are smaller, price the same of not more and the availability is just not there anymore. Perfumes are good but not worth pushing the other products aside because repeat customers are going elsewhere to find the originals like the washes, whipped soaps and scrubs because of the limited variety and availability. I won't buy Hideaway unless its on special now because getting what I want is difficult.
Its sad to see the focus has shifted so far away from the original line to the knock off Perfumes, I'm happy its still successful because I've been a keen supporter for a really long time, Ashys Mum's kitchen long time but I just don't find myself going to the website to restock anymore its only when the sales happen.
Sorry its not 5 stars Team, I adore the products when I can get them just not team Hideaway Perfumes.
If you've got this far and Perfumes are your thing, you'll love it, if you want to support an Aussie company definitely place an order, the body products are great if you ever get the chance to try the whipped soaps absolutely buy them all!

I've purchased products from hideaway for over 7 years. I cant fault them! I have very sensitive skin and ive never had a reaction to any of their products. Their perfumes and body wash are my go to. They last so long and smell so fresh

Sad some of the original scents are no longer available (funky monkey and appletini were some of my all time favourites) but so grateful how fa they’ve grown and now I can use hideaway for almost every step of my everyday/shower routine - thanks again hideaway 🩷💜

One of the perfumes in my order leaked in the packaging, I emailed Hideaway about the issue and got a response within minuets. The team were so responsive and helpful. I also had a new perfume sent to me the very next day. I can not believe how smooth and easy this was to rectify. I also purchased this during their birthday sale, and received my original oder within days. Very impressed during a massive sale. As for the products, I have worn one of the perfumes today to work, I can still faintly smell it on my skin but can very much still smell it on my clothes. I have also had many comments from my colleagues. Overall, very impressed with my first Hideaway experience.

I am disappointed that the company has changed direction before they had cool scents of body creams and washes like fairy floss and blueberry custard now they gone in the direction of more perfume inspiration which is fine but they don’t make others anymore and I used to buy a bunch every other month oh well at least I save my money

Well I can’t say I’m impressed with my first experience with hideaway. I don’t understand how it takes sooo long to ship a product….it took a total of 18 days to arrive, from the date of my order being placed, to receiving it, that is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to put 10 small bottles in a box and ship it. My orders from overseas arrived quicker……if you are going to order from here be prepared to wait.

Contacted support almost immediately after a duplicate order, but responses were slow and nothing was actioned in time. They eventually offered a return at my expense as a one-time exception. It's not about the money - it's the principle and lack of urgency. Double-check your order before paying.

I blind bought the Aurora rouge to use as an everyday alternative to my Baccarat rouge. And I sooo wanted to love it … but it’s not at all baccarat its floral note is too strong with no sign of saffron and slightly more sweet. Also doesn’t last long at all. I personally wouldn’t recommend this perfume to perfume lovers. It’s more like something you’d give a tween for her birthday I guess.

Unfortunately I will no longer buy, the old business concept was amazing, with quality products. Now, they have cheapened out, products no longer have a lasting scent and overall smell artifical/plastic. Slow fullfillment times. Loyal consumers who supported this business for over 10 yrs have been forgotten about.

Unfortunately the butter creams fragrances last 15 mins max, very dissatisfied with products, warning others do NOT buy. And company should be ashamed to rip off people.

The bottle and packaging looked cheap, and most of the scents didn’t match the real fragrances they’re supposed to mimic. Felt like I spent money on something I wouldn’t even give as a gift.

Not great customer service, as was told a lie. Ordered 6 perfumes and they will be used as toilet spray.

Some of the scents are beautiful for a few.mnutes then no one can smell a thing. Too bad I spent a small fortune on them. The only one that smells good is the kayali boujee marshmallow dupe.

Unfortunately once bitten twice shy and yes I went back for another purchase. This time I’m still waiting for my order to arrive 17 days later and I’m in Melbourne and they are in Gold Coast. . If you want your order for a present I’d say give it 5-6 weeks to arrive. Especially paying a VERY high $15 shipping fee you’d expect it to come promptly. If you are unsatisfied with a product expect it to fall on deaf ears when you reach out to them. I purchased a Fairy Floss hydrating lip balm that was advertised to be hydrating and buttery. The formula was crusty as if it crystallised in sections and my lips had small beads of product when applied. Thank god I didn’t not give that as a present. I emailed them explaining that it had small lumps when applied. I have to pick off the beads from my lips. Customer Service Amy refused to believe it wasn’t smooth buttery and hydrating and that it was not faulty as it was a new formula. You would think they would be accomodating and replace it. If you want a dupe perfume I thoroughly recommend PALERMO PERFUME I definitely give them 5 stars.

Have tried vanilla delight, love drunk, aurora rouge, black essence! All I can say is that these perfumes are the bomb diggity!!! So good! Even better than the originals that cost enough! Vanilla delight and love drunk are stand out perfumes! I just want more and more! Will be trying the dupe for D & G light blue next!!! Happy customer! 5 stars!
