Ordered with plenty of time to recieve before Christmas. But did not recieve for Christmas. Waited a month with several emails to the company and couriers and no one was any help. Then the parcel was marked delivered and left in a safe place well after a month after ordering but I haven’t got my items. Hideaway haven’t rectified the issue and the couriers still haven’t sent me proof of it actually being left in a safe place. Wouldn’t waste your time or money with them!

Bought 3 perfumes and they all smell like 'off' perfumes - you know when you've had a fragrance for a few years and they start to have like a burnt smell? Well these ones fresh out of the box smell like that. The fragrance in the hair care was ok, however very cheap products and I would not buy again, nor would I recommend. Some people are saying they used the perfume as air freshener, but I wouldn't even do that. They were awful.

This company is a joke! I spent nearly $400 on Christmas Gifts with their “guaranteed delivery before Christmas” and it never arrived!
I emailed them and they absolutely lied to me saying it would be delivered today (2 days before Christmas) and the link THEY SENT ME said the package was still sitting in Sydney Airport!!
Never will I ever shop here again and I urge everyone else to shop elsewhere too!
There’s better companies out there that deserve our business.

Such a scam… and then you look at the owner of the businesses social media and she’s flaunting all OUR money around like she hasn’t got a care in the world!
Thanks to her.. my girls didn’t get the Christmas they deserved because her promises that it’d be here before Christmas was a huge lie!
How can she sleep at night knowing she’s made people miserable because she couldn’t do what she promised to do and that was to have people’s presents to them by Christmas.

I ended up using all 4 perfumes as air fresheners. Just to get rid of them, They smell similar to the dupes just really cheap. Wouldn’t recommend. Other brands out there around the same price that are quality smelling.

I ordered on the 11th of December with the clear expectation it would arrive before Christmas — based on their own shipping claims and promises. That was a complete lie.

The item never arrived in time, there was no proactive communication, no warning, no apology — just silence. If you’re going to advertise shipping timelines, maybe don’t make false promises you can’t keep.

Christmas came and went, the gift didn’t show up, and I was left embarrassed and frustrated. This company clearly doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money.

Unreliable shipping, misleading claims, and shockingly poor customer service. This was without question the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else.

I use to buy hideaway years ago and the scents were strong and smelt as described and the texture of the body custards were silky and hydrating. I bought Vanilla delight and Aurora rouge in the body custards and I can’t tell the difference between the scents. They smell exactly like eachother with a plastic like scent. Really disappointing. Not to mention it took 4 weeks to get my order.

I've smelt their stuff before, they aren't actually the same as original smells, but they are quite similar, so I thought I would order some, now the customer services were great with me very helpful, they gave me a full refund, as I explained the situation as I live a good area and never ever had problems with any parcels, but I know for a fact the courier stole it as there is someone always home. Unfortunately, I will be sourcing them from some chemists where they sell some. As I cannot order online with current courier they use which have a very bad reputation. As for the costumer services and emailing was a very quick response and agreed to a full refund... hands down grateful for that.

If I could do no stars I would. I wanted to give these guys a go after my sister gifted me one of their fragrances. I placed an ordered and it is yet to be shipped. I hop on their socials only to see there are a number of people in the same position. Posting that if you ordered before the 13th you’d get it before Christmas. But honestly that’s looking very unlikely. They have automated email responses and like to blame it all on the warehouses. Let’s not mention they still have all the time in the world to post daily. Would not recommend them at all. On my way to put in a complaint to Fair trading.

I bought the Pistachio Paradise Body Custard for my girlfriend, and she loved it, the scent is amazing. We’re already on our second or third tube! I use it too, and it smells so good. The mists and perfumes are also high-quality and long all day. I really recommend!

The products smell absolutely amazing, i am officially addicted! Customer service is also amazing. I have had no issues with this brand. Highly recommend!!!!

Wild Mango Perfume - smells nothing like Mango Skin. When first sprayed it has a sweet smell but half an hour later it leaves a sickly cheap chemical smell. I bought the Asedos oil dupe and it is much closer to the original. Please don’t waste your money on the Hideaway dupe. It’s so bad!

Bought a vanilla trio pack….expecting it to arrive in the box as shown (3 in a gift box)…. only to receive the bottles individually in their own box. Then the “vanilla” trio pack didn’t even arrive. 3 different scents completely. Absolute joke!

Products have no smell. Bottles broken and leaking everywhere. Customer service just ignores you. I assume it's young girls hiding behind their computer screens that don't bother replying when there's an issue.

Absolutely love hideaway and I’ve been using the products for 10 years! It’s my favourite way to treat myself and there’s always something new to try. Highly recommend!

I was very dissapointed in the customer service. I order quite a lot of caramel vanilla and on the the bottle it says pommegranite, which I am allergic to. The response was we used old bottles. I could not take the risk and after 3 weeks of back and forth, I gave up.

Terrible customer service basically get AI responses every time, ordered 13th of November huge shipping delays and radio silence when contacted. I would not bother ordering. Almost $350 spent and no explanation of when it may be fulfilled. Offered $20 store credit for the 3 week delay. When emailed or contacted via fb you speak to AI not a real person

This product is full of nasty cheap ingredients, I brought the vanilla delight body custard and perfume the next day I was covered in a very bad red scaly rash all over where I had applied product , this is not ok ! I did complain and received a refund which is what I expected them to do after submitting photos of my skin . Don’t waste your money much better dupes out there !

I have always loved their body custards and moisturiser products but recently I have noticed how terrible their shipping is I ordered two weeks ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet even after two follow up orders. I understand the sale rush but don’t offer that many to purchase and take peoples money if you don’t have the man power to fill them. This is my third experience with delayed shipping so found the need to warn others so frustrating that’s even ordering before December has started

Don’t not waste your money! Especially if buying outside of Australia. Been seeing ads about this brand and videos on TikTok for awhile talking about how good their products are.. bought 3 perfumes (Clean cut, cherry blossom and blossom breeze) in all honesty they have a slight VERY slight pleasant smell. Then they turn yucky like really fast and DO NOT LAST “all day”. I’m quite guttered I wasted over $100 dollars on 3 perfumes. Also, why I say “especially buying outside of Australia” is because shipping is $15+ depending where you are in the world… Shit I bought a freaking perfume dupe of TEMU and that shit was goood! Cheap, long lasting and CHEAP! Sorry for the rant but damn even Kmart dupes are better. Trust me.
