I am skeptical of any company that offers "parcel protection" as an option but I went ahead anyway and ordered it without, stupidly, now I ordered 10 days ago and still haven't recieved my package. Their website clearly states they utilise Australia Post for their shipping needs however with me they used Couriers Please, the tracking hasn't updated since they "confirmed" the shipment 10 days ago now. Seems like I just wasted money.

I honestly could not recommend hideaway enough. Not only are they so generous, their products are absolutely incredible. I have tried perfumes that they have done dupes for and I can honestly say I prefer hideaway products. Such an amazing price for great high quality products. I recommend them to everyone and thankyou so much for the random promotional refund of order, you have made my week. ❤️❤️❤️

These products are so bad that it would actually be funny if they didn't cost real money. I purchased 5 for $120 and I would have been better off just setting that money on fire. I got Boheme Whisper (the best of a really bad bunch), Blossom Breeze (laughable that they would call this inspired by Daisy. She has never even heard of Daisy. The $3 KMART dupe did a better job), Wild Mango (genuinely revolting. Like washing up liquid), Chic Allure (see Blossom Breeze - whoever formulated this has never been anywhere near a bottle of Si), and Peachy Nights (the second best, but again, that's not saying much). Save your money, queens, I can't stress how not worth it these products are

Horrible... very cheap smelling, and those that were nearly decent were so short lasting there would be no point wearing. Barely classifies as perfume tbh. I asked for a refund on a bundle of unused unopened perfumes, of course they refused, told me follow up with consumer affairs. The spend alot of advertising and not enough of their product. Dont waste $ on this crap.

I'm a first time buyer and I was sceptical at first been looking at this product for a while and seeing reviews but I tried anyway

Received my order today. Took 6 days to be delivered to Perth, which was great 👍
Tried the perfume at first it smelled weird but as it was sitting for a bit it smells amazing .

I used black essence tonight body wash, hair mask,body custard mist and perfume it makes me smell amazing 😍

Everyone who's saying it just smells like alcohol well it is alcohol it's one of the ingredients in it so it's expected and also maybe try putting the perfume on and not smelling straight away Because you will get the alcohol smell let it sit on the skin for a bit and the smell changes and it does actually smell great ❤️

Probably the worst perfume I’ve smelt. I brought two scents:
Wild mango
Flower power
They smell nothing like the perfume they’re ’inspired’ by. The mango smells like alcohol and plastic. The flower power smells like some $2 shop toilet spray. Not at all like the perfume they’re inspired by. When I emailed about this the sent a generic reply on their return policy. Really disappointed and should’ve known that if I company won’t accept returns they’re truly not backing their brand. Shit service. Shit perfume. Do NOT recommend. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT purchase these perfumes. First off, the packaging bottles are cheap as heck, they honestly look and feel so cheap. Secondly, the scents are so bad. They don’t replicate the higher end products well if at all, mostly smelling alcoholic and they don’t last for more than an hour on the skin if you do choose to wear it. They’re not even worth $5. Buy from Whiff or Àerre, they have much better quality and last for hours (and actually smell like the high end brand they’re emulating!). I now have 5 new toilet air fresheners.

I was really excited to try and purchased their 5 perfume deal.
Sadly I am very disappointed as I now have 5 perfumes I'll never wear they smell like alcohol and very cheap and all 5 basically all have the same chemical smell, not pleasant at all.
I purchased from Aerre at the same time and thankfully theirs is amazing and smells fantastic.

While my first purchase from hideaway approximately a year ago go was amazing and the perfumes smelt amazing the newest batch are terrible I will not be purchasing from them again the first lot of black essence which is a dupe of black opium was amazing but the new one is terrible and smell like pepper while yes there is a hint of pepper to black opium this smells like I’ve drowned my self in pepper and alcohol, obviously the business grew to quickly for them and product control is not a thing anymore they asked me for a batch number on the new ones I had received so they could look up the results, none of the 5 bottles I had purchased had batch numbers on them and all the would give me was a $20 refund as they couldn’t take the bottles back

I purchased 3 scents; Sugar Baby, Forbidden Fruit, and Black Essence. It took almost a week for the package to arrive, which I can excuse because Hideaway is promoted as a small company (idk how true that actually is though).

When it comes to the actual scents they smell... okay? Black Essence does smell vaguely like Black Opium (I bought it to replace my legit Black Opium bottle)and I don't overly mind the way Forbidden Fruit smells. Sugar baby isn't as pleasant. It smells like cheap strawberry body spray you'd buy a 12 year old, and then mellows out to a sour milk scent that is genuinely not pleasant.

The perfume itself also leaves an oily film on the skin when sprayed that never dries up and longevity is basically non-existent- except for that gross sour milk scent of sugar baby for some reason, that was with me all day.

I probably won't buy anything from them again. I'd honestly just rather spend the $200+ on a legit brand than be stuck with a perfume that is cheap (and smells cheap) that I probably won't get much use out of. It is a reminder that you often get what you pay.

Terrible customer service & leaking products

Sorry girls but it is a no from me. The dups don't match.. one smells toxic, another smells of detol, all bar one out of five make me feel unwell. I can't wash one off and it's so strong that my throat is hurting. Best of luck on you.

The perfumes smell horrid and my skin reacted almost immediately with a rash. They’re definitely not dupes for what they claim, I got 5 different scents and they were all chemical assault to the nose. Like a mix of toilet cleaner and straight sugar syrup. Also the old bottles leaked black goo everywhere (that’s probably why they changed to white bottles). Definitely do not recommend, I learned my lesson and stick with the real deal now.

The returns process was okay and the team were friendly. I returned all products for a full refund due to the reaction I had. Was initially only refunded for 4 perfumes but emailed and was reimbursed for the fifth.

Have tried to write fragrance reviews on there website a couple times and blocked from doing so. Fragrances aren’t a great dupe. Kinda smell a bit like alcohol or air freshener. Wouldn’t recommend or buy personally. Would rather spend a bit more on knowing it will actually last long and smell good.

Where do I start. If you want to sell your first child for postage only for them to give you some bullshit and unprofessional response upon following up on where your items are and why they haven't be sent.. be my guest and buy hideaway products.

Its funny how Ashy Binns can then boast online, posting all over her Instagram that she got her order from Sydney, and she has the items her friends asked her to get sent up..

Did she paying the absurd postage amount $21.00 for 6 item.. probably not.

Pretty disappointing that Ashy and her friends can get what they ordered yet paying customers have to wait over 2 weeks for their items to be dispatched.

This has left a sour taste in my mouth and won't be supporting this brand or company EVER AGAIN.

I bought 5 perfumes in their “5 perfumes + a freebie for $100” deal - I bought Violet Crush, Cherry Blaze, Pistachio Paradise, Midnight Muse and Vanilla Caramel. All but one of the perfumes did not smell like what they were advertised to smell like; the one that did was Vanilla Caramel but it is the cheapest, most sickly sweet, artificial scent until the top notes wear off. I will never ever wear it. Midnight Muse had absolutely no scent after 10minutes. The rest at least lasted more than half hour and had more distinct scents. I doubt I will be purchasing from them again, very disappointed and ended up not being worth my money.

The one I was most excited about (Vanilla Delight) Smells like friggin tiger balm. One of the doesn’t even have a smell (ivory bloom) and the velvet affair is now my lounge room room spray. Bottles and cheap, the paint is flaking off. I won’t be buying again.

Considering it still cost $50 the perfume I bought smells nothing at all like black opium.. and the smell did not last more than a few minutes. Very disappointing. The bottle is cheap and nasty but that didn't bother me..it goes in the bin anyway. Don't waste your money save up and buy the real thing.

Don't waste your money on the perfume, it's absolutely horrible. Literally just alcohol in a tiny bottle!! Waste of money!!!!
