Good Performance - But bad Customer Support
The support is the most baddest thing i'ver ever seen in my life.
I have restarted my server and encountered an issue, which is 100%ly on HidenCloud's side. sThe support agent kept responding with only one sentence and he told me "Its not HidenCloud's side". It is.
My server is listening on port 24695 and everything's correctly configured, there are NO issues with the configuration.
Before the agent told me that the issue is not on "HidenCloud's side", he told me to ask Cloudy AI to fix the issue.
Is this what I should expect from a support? Absolutely not. My experience with HidenCloud so far is perfect, the performance is great, but this is the worst experience with a Support I have ever had.
I think that the agent who was responding to my support ticket didn't even want to work. He kep't ignoring everything I said, and the responses were very unprofessional.
I would give HidenCloud 4 of 5 stars rating if this would be improved.

Thanks for clarifying. That makes sense now because I am on a free plan, but the responses should’ve been more professional. Anyways, I sincerely appreciate that my issue was fully resolved yesterday (On May 16th), as the agent forwarded my issue to the technical team.
Because of this, I am updating my rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars.

Thank you for sharing both sides of your experience. We are sorry the support side did not meet what you should expect from us.
You were right that the issue was on our end. It was a system-side error, and the technical team resolved it as soon as they were able to act on it. The initial diagnosis you received was not accurate, and we have flagged it internally to tighten our triage on similar cases.
For full transparency: your server is on the free tier, where support is handled on a best-effort basis and paid plans take priority when the queue is loaded. That does not justify the quality of the replies you got, but it explains why the response was less detailed and slower than on a premium ticket.
If something similar comes up again, open a ticket and reference this case so we can route it straight to the technical team.

HidenCloud provides VPS and cloud services with the exact specifications selected at the time of purchase. We do not advertise game server hosting, and we always recommend verifying the technical requirements of any application before deploying it on any infrastructure.

Rendimiento excepcional y gestión perfecta para servidores de Minecraft Java
Mi experiencia con HidenCloud ha sido sobresaliente de principio a fin. Como alguien que valora profundamente la optimización de los servidores, puedo decir que la infraestructura que ofrecen es de primer nivel. Es capaz de soportar entornos exigentes y configuraciones pesadas sin comprometer los TPS ni la fluidez general del juego. Tiene Database, algo que muchos host gratuitos no ofrecen, se pueden editar archivos dentro del mismo panel y los mods y plugins que se pueden colocar son ilimitados.
Además del excelente apartado técnico, el panel de control es accesible y muy completo, lo que facilita enormemente la administración y el ajuste de detalles. Quiero destacar especialmente la dedicación del owner y del equipo técnico detrás del host, se nota el compromiso por ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad y mantener una comunidad san experiencia con HidenCloud ha sido sobresaliente de principio a fin. Como alguien que valora profa. He jugado con un ping decente de 70ms para lo que ofrece mi internet, bastante decente, lo recomiendo 100% para cualquier proyecto de Minecraft.

Calidad 10/10, el servicio al cliente, el hosting, todo es simplemente excelente, los hostings son libres de lag, y muy potentes, ademas, son precios super justos, diria que baratos y competitivos, y ofrecen amplias características, simplemente un lujo de hosting, por un precio bajo, no tengo palabras para describir lo contento que estoy con HidenCloud

Despues de usar el servicio mas de 3 meses fue el mejor! nada que decir, al principio tenia bastante lag pero fue por mi culpa por no saber que estaba tocando, despues de 2 dias de estar ajustando cosas pude estabilizar el servicio :D y ya llevo 3 meses sin errores usando un modpack de 600 mods :D

Nos alegra saber que, tras el período inicial de configuración, lograste estabilizar el servicio por completo. Mantener un modpack de 600 mods funcionando de forma estable durante 3 meses consecutivos es todo un logro, y es exactamente el tipo de rendimiento que buscamos ofrecer.

Atención al cliente y servicio pésimo | Worst customer service and host
Primero en términos de atención al cliente y user management.
-Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.
-Pésima responsabilidad por parte del equipo de hidencloud al querer gestionar una devolución por haber pagado 6 meses por adelantado y no haber recibido un servicio prometido (error nuestro de haber pagado por adelantado), así que ya lo sabéis, eso de devoluciones olvidense.
-Si quieres hablar con atención al cliente te hacen hablar con un chat de AI que no resuelve tus problemas al final. No es user friendly.
-Más que ayudarte a configurar el servidor en su sistema, prefieren optar por que compres más RAM y CPU.
-A la última, optan por echarte la culpa de no saber usar su propio sistema de manera que te terminan dejando sin atención. El trato ha sido grosero cada vez que se intentaba contactar con el equipo.
En términos de servidor:
Habiamos contratado un servidor en hidencloud para minecraft de alta gama (120 mods) y presentamos los peores problemas que otros host no nos daba:
-Crasheo constante del servidor.
-Ausencia de sistema de guardado de crashes, de modo que no se salvaba bien el servidor y teniamos retrocesos al pasado.
-Lag a pesar de tener 8GB de RAM y 5 nucleos.
-La página de hidencloud se caía constantemente y no podiamos acceder a la interfaz adecuadamente.
-Carga de chunks problemática.
Mi experiencia y la de mis amigos ha sido catastrófica e insistimos por 3 meses con mucha paciencia, teniendo que hacer reseteos constantes, solo para que al final de querer la devolución proporcional luego de que no nos resolvian y tampoco nos respondían, tampoco pudieramos tener acceso a ella.
La verdad estoy decepcionado, porque el tema de la calidad del servidor es una cosa y seguro pudiera resolverse con una buena atención al cliente, pero resultó que dicha atención estaba ausente cuando más la necesitabamos. No recomiendo que nadie pase por esta experiencia que hemos tenido que pasar nosotros.

First, in terms of customer support and user management:
-Absolutely terrible customer service.
-Zero accountability from the HidenCloud team when attempting to request a refund after paying 6 months upfront and not receiving the promised service (yes, paying in advance was our mistake(but that doesn’t justify their lack of responsibility). Bottom line: don’t expect any refunds.
-If you try to contact support, you’re forced to deal with an AI chat that is completely useless and incapable of solving real issues. It’s frustrating and far from user-friendly.
-Instead of actually helping you configure your server properly, their default response is to push you into buying more RAM and CPU.
-In the end, they blame you for not understanding their own system and leave you without real support. On top of that, the attitude from the team has been consistently dismissive.
In terms of the server:
We paid for a high-end Minecraft server (120 mods), yet the experience was worse than with cheaper providers:
-Constant server crashes.
-No reliable crash logging system, leading to poor saves and frequent rollbacks.
-Severe lag despite having 8GB RAM and 5 cores.
-The HidenCloud website frequently goes down, making it impossible to properly access the control panel.
-Chunk loading issues that make the server barely playable.
Overall, the experience for me and my friends has been nothing short of disastrous. We put up with this for 3 months, showing a lot of patience and constantly resetting everything, only to be ignored when we asked for a proportional refund. Not only were our issues never resolved, but communication completely stopped when it mattered most.
Honestly, this has been extremely disappointing. Server issues can happen(that’s understandable) but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of support and accountability. That’s what truly defines a service, and HidenCloud failed completely in that regard.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this service.

Hemos realizado una investigación interna exhaustiva de tu caso y queremos ser transparentes con lo que encontramos:
Sobre los problemas técnicos: Tras revisar el servidor en profundidad, identificamos incompatibilidades entre varios de los mods instalados, errores de parsing en recetas y configuraciones del servidor que no estaban optimizadas para un modpack de esa envergadura. Estos problemas debieron haberse detectado y comunicado mucho antes por nuestro equipo de soporte, y reconocemos que eso no ocurrió.
Sobre la atención al cliente: Tienes razón en varios puntos. Nuestras respuestas iniciales no estuvieron a la altura: derivar a herramientas automáticas sin ofrecer un diagnóstico real no es el soporte que queremos dar. También reconocemos que el tono en algunas interacciones no fue el adecuado. Ya hemos tomado medidas internas para corregir esto, incluyendo formación del equipo y nuevos protocolos de atención.
Sobre la documentación: Agradecemos que nos lo señalaras. Estamos en proceso de actualizar los tutoriales para que reflejen la interfaz actual del panel.
