However for a very long time now, our principal focus has been on High-end brands and products. We've now taken the strategic decision to specialise in premium audio, visual and hi-fi products. We aim to attract a niche market by offering quality products and offering a bespoke service to our customers. Our product portfolio may have changed but we still hold the same values as a company. Great service.
Bought a DCA headphone from them and they offered me a saving on a open box pair. They came in brand new condition and only took 2 days to arrive. The service was good and they answered my emails even when I was a little impatient.

The boss, who has strong personality with great passion in music, would be happy to help.
Treat customers like friends. They also have many limited products, do ask them before giving up.

I have been researching headphones for a while and asked for a portable solution. No hard sell, given time to listen to my own music. Amazing customer service. Decided on a Oriolus Isabellae IEM with a Lotoo PAW S2 headphone DAC. Throughly recommended from start to finish.

headphones cable scam
They tried to sell me headphones cable at CanJam London. They asked me to pay 600 gbp for a cable! It is a scam because cable doesn't affect the sound (like they claim).
