Experience with the company was very good
communication was excellent and payment on time
i specifically work with Mark Wilson very professional.

I expected a more organized experience from start to finish. Some things were handled properly, but there were moments when I wasn't sure what was happening and had to reach out for clarification.

Warning- This company is a scam transport broker. They quote low and fail to deliver on their contract and you need to fight for your deposit back. Do not fall for their scam like I did.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an extremely poor experience with High Rim Transport. I was quoted $690 and paid $190 upfront. Alex Shay confirmed on the two days prior that my vehicle would be picked up on a Saturday.

On Saturday, I was suddenly told by Zack that they don’t do weekend pickups and that the pickup was actually scheduled for Monday. I had a flight Sunday morning and explained that I needed the vehicle picked up before I left. Zack said he would work on a solution but refused to call me back with a plan. As a result, I missed my flight and had to pay another $200 to reschedule my missed flight.

When I contacted them Monday, (no contact from them still) I was told the price had increased from $690 to $1,200. Management acknowledged that mistakes had been made by their employees, but despite the service not being provided as promised, they refused to refund my $190 payment, telling me I would have to wait to find out if it would be approved.

The conflicting information, lack of communication, missed flight, additional expenses, and refusal to refund money paid toward a service they failed to provide made this an extremely frustrating experience. I ultimately went with another company who followed through with agreed upon pricing and dates.

I would not recommend High Rim Transport to my worst enemy.

i’m giving them one star only because the stars is not an option. This is a total bait and switch operation. They quote an incredibly low price and then tell you last minute. They don’t have a driver for you and in order to move your vehicle it’s going to cost twice as much. If you tell them to cancel because of this, they withhold some of your money as a cancellation fee. They are total rip off and you’re out of your mind if you use them.

Not even a star my brother and I contacted the company in June 2026 to transport our vehicle from California to Louisiana, they told us 3 times to be alert because they will pick up the vehicle and that never happened, also it’s already 8/17/26 and they still haven’t refunded our money they keep saying they are checking, that is under review that they will call back, Lee or Alex couldn’t even understand his name keep saying that he is working on it. So I’m still waiting for my money . Really bad service they only say yes we are working on it, yes we will call you back, yes do you remember the name of the driver
So Yes refund our money it was Zelle their is a transfer not a big deal to refund our money

This all started on May 13 and I spoke with a person that claimed his name was Sam (but when I sent the reservation fee, I Zelled to a person named Ali Musbashar) and I needed a pick up on the following Sunday and he assured me that it was not a problem.
After a bunch of text messages with this Sam getting all the details correct, the driver was a no show and he said the driver had some personal issues arise.
Since he had my money I had to continue to work with this guy.
We went back and forth and set up a pickup on May 27th and again he assured me that the driver was all set up but now it was going to require two trucks to move my vehicles and I suggested that I find a broker who could fill my request and he told me could get it all done the way I was asking for it to be done.
So Wednesday come around and he tells he the driver is at the auto auction in town and this was the truck that my vehicles were going on and he even gave me the name and number of the supposed driver.
On the 28th of May I requested a refund and he continued to act like he was trying to get a driver, and my response was just refund my money and I'll move on and find another company to move the vehicles.
So now with minimal communication between Sam and myself, I changed what I needed moved to 2 vehicles as I had already driven one to the new location, thinking 2 vehicles would be easier to find a couple spots on a truck, I gave him one more chance to get it done on June 8th and said he was trying to close the deals were his words at which time I informed him the vehicles were already on the move and I would appreciate a refund of my reservation fee since he did not accomplish anything except waste my time!
I have all the text messages and he has either blocked my number and got rid of the phone number he used and has disassociated that same phone number from Zelle and this is wire fraud and this is a crime.
Don't do business with this company unless you enjoy giving money away!
