I had accidentally sent then too many…

I had accidentally sent then too many payments... canceled them but somehow it got taken.. then trying to track down money that I didn't give then they blame gigadat. The third party service . Then contacting them they blame higrolker casino.. after fighting 4 days with them for my own money I didn't get to even use.. I'm without my money and also recently divorced in a terrible spot.. and they both ripped me off . Tried to explain 100 times.. sent the pictures of canceled transactions but they Continue to lie and keep my money. So do not use this service theu screwed me over royally with no mercy... over $1000 CAD GONE! DONT TRUST THEM!!

These people are LIARS. Won’t release my money

So I deposited on this casino, played a little, then forgot about it. A month later i hop back on and attempt to withdraw my funds. I am met with requests to complete kyc. After dealing with that my profile was fully verified. However when I went to withdraw this time I get an email stating my withdrawal didn’t go through as I didn’t wager enough. I go ask chat support how much more I need to wager to withdraw, support tells me my account is once again under review. lol. STAY AWAY. You guys LITERALLY had all the time in the world to review my account, it’s hilarious to me how the second I need my money, I am unable to get it. Even after completing all of the required steps. If you want fast and easy withdrawals I would stay far away from this casino. If after you complete the tedious kyc you won’t even be able to withdraw, and now these people have a picture of my passport, and my face, while I do not have my money.
TLDR: STAY AWAY! TEDIOUS KYC PROCESS ASKING FOR TOO MUCH + WONT WITHDRAW AFTER YOU COMPLETE KYC

This casino deserves better reviews

I don’t really understand why so many online casinos have such bad reviews.
I’ve been using Highroller and other casinos over the years. (Mostly Unibet and Mrgreen)
I’ve never had any issues with either of them.
Of course they ask for documents so they can verify that you are who you say you are, and sometimes they need more proof. But that does not mean that they are trying so scam you.
I feel some people are quick to blame the casinos for asking for documentations before they can withdraw the winnings, because that gives them time to gamble away the rest of the money, and some people may take that as a scam but if you win quite a bit of money and gamble all that away while waiting for verification, then you need to get some self control and not blame the casino.

I’ve won quite a lot of money on highroller and have nothing but positive things to say about them.
I use Revolut to deposit and withdraw money and have NEVER experienced any trouble, the money is often in my bank the same day as I withdraw.
They are also quick to answer questions and I’ve always felt that they have a great customer service.

Dont use High roller casino from them on the 18th…

I won $2600 from them on the 18th January a d was told it would be in my account in 5 working days but it wasn't. Gave them bank account details as they asked was told it would be sorted in 48hours but its now 4th February and still waiting . They are giving me the run around and dont pay out as keep on being fobed off. Dont recommend them as they dont want to pay you your winnings. As you see from there reply below same response That they keep giving and they still havent contacted me and havent paid me this company is a scam. Whats to investiage they know i have not be paid they are not happy to help me as they say as this matter has not been delt with and have not helped, the people investigating that I have asked to speak to through the support team wont talk to me only aloud to go through support team which do nothing apart from repeat the same thing tat its been looked into and waiting from response they seem to only i reply the comoany is a scam

poor experience have won a a large lump…

poor experience have won a a large lump sum and they are declining every single document sent in, I have given every single document possible sent directly from my bank to prove I am who I say I am and they are declining it every chance they get after reading the reviews on here I wish I had read them earlier so I didn’t pour my money into this ridiculous so called casino! Scammers scammers

Scammers scammers. It's day five and I haven't gotten my money back from her. One time it says that I entered the IBAN incorrectly, and the next time it says SWIFT. I sent them a link to see for themselves that everything is fine, but the same thing continues. You give them thousands, but you are unable to return 20€.
