Awful

Awful! From the customer service to the advise and help being given to me. I deposited money into this company to use. I’ve won nearly £820. I then chose to quit while I was a head and start a withdrawal process. I started this process on the the early hours on the 21/12/24, it is now the 23/12/24 soon to be Christmas Eve actually. Still no withdrawal. Every person you come into contact with on the live chat don’t even help you. I’m not close to getting the money that is owed to me, keep getting palmed off with mediocre help that is as useful as a glass hammer, if you wish to play on slots I wouldn’t advise this site

I deposited £20 they automatically added a £10 bonus when nothing was clicked to add this !
I won £500 and then it of course all went into bonus shock
Was then told I had to wager 35x (I had wagered about 400x) at this point then had another win of £650 so I withdrew that with no issues on their system and then about an hour later £430 (the £430 was won after withdrawing the 650 and was won on a £1.75 spins)
I had been playing all night and did one bonus buy WHILE IT WAS MY FUNDS, and won £6 off a £100 buy 😂

Withdrew my winnings had to verify which was all successful
Then got this

After with drawing £1080

Absoloutely disgusting their T&cs say wager over 35x I have proof I wagered about 800x before withdrawing any money at all and I didn’t even request the bonus in the first place!

Live chats shit some guy called Joey told me on Monday everything was fine and to expect it with 3-5 business days then when I’ve chased it today I’ve got that message and nothing they can do 😂

Also it says my two withdrawals were declined then straight away after a “manual withdrawl” took place and was marked as paid so the person handling the money has manually changed my details to their own 😂 you can’t just make 1080 euro vanish into thin air AND I had to email THEM to request what was going on?!

Absoloute bunch of scam artist AVOID AT ALL COSTS ..

Scam

I recently joined this site which to begin with I shouldn’t have but I am a problem gambler and these site draw you in!! I lost £4000 of my own money (oh well my own stupid fault) but I should receive £400 cash back on this loss. In the heat of the moment I self excluded but then sent another email once finding out I was due £400 to cancel the exclusion so I could at least redeem this money.
Sure enough they closed my account quicker than any other site in history.. I’m absolutely gutted I spent this much but was my doing but I’m more pissed off the way they handled this situation

Super easy to sign up and make deposits. When you win? it's time to prove to them who you are. Unfortunately, I am First Nations and live on a reserve. BC Hydro still uses the old colonial address the crown government assigned when they shoved us into a small area and called it a reserve. I used my Telus bill as proof of address, I have cable, phone and internet with Telus so I don't have any more bills. My Telus bill is unacceptable as proof of address, and Hydro address doesn't match my driver's license. Highroller can't use my Telus, doesn't care that the address matches my DL that I sent them, plus they want a complete copy of my bank statement. Well, now they won't release my winnings until I can prove my address with only a utility bill. Nothing else will satisfy them.
Beware of the tactics of these on-line casinos. I will stick to the legitimate gaming site with BCLC. At least they would not allow me to open an account prior to proving who I am.

Jeg vant 800€ en stund tilbake de fikk jeg lett ut, ikke noe problemer. Ikke noe verifisering. Denne gangen vant jeg 2500€ de var derimot vanskeligere få ut, veldig mye fram og tilbake. Etter å ha lest her så var jeg redd de var borte. Men de ble endelig sendt ut i går, og kom inn i dag. Så overall er jeg ganske fornøyd, gir det en firer da kundeservicen ofte gjorde det «samme» uten at betalingen gikk i mellom. Men igjen stort sett fornøyd da jeg har fått gode gevinster og pengene på konto til slutt.

This website is ridiculous!!!! I won a lump sum of money and they never paid it out instead they kept rejecting all my documents and making all the excuses under the sun DONT PLAY ON HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Terms say maximum payout is 4k and maximum payout within the month is $20k so when it comes to jackpots your not going to be paid out. I advise you to play on a trustworthy gambling site not this scum scammy one.

I'm experiencing difficulties verifying…

I'm experiencing difficulties verifying my documentation on this site. After making a single deposit and winning a significant amount, I attempted to withdraw my funds. The system required verification, which I understand, but I'm now facing issues with the process.

The site specifies that each document must not exceed 3MB. However, the request for a selfie holding my photo ID is nearly impossible without knowing how to compress the image. My address verification was declined because one of my documents was cropped, even though the other two were not. They accepted my license which includes my address (as most licenses in NZ do) as a form of ID but wouldn't accept it as a proof of address despite it being issued by a government department. I've also provided other forms of proof, such as utility bills, but these were also declined.

Additionally, my payment method was rejected because the statement I provided was cropped to hide sensitive information and because of this, or it not being original they've declined it. The bank statement they are wanting exceeded the 3MB limit so it seems like an impossible request. I provided a pdf showing my name, my bank account number, the deposit total including the payment method (through my card) but this to has been declined. Now, I'm being told I need to provide bank statements showing at least three deposits made to Highroller.com. This requirement was not communicated to me earlier and isn't mentioned in the withdrawal terms, not to mention an upload of this size would exceed the 3MB file limit.

It feels like the site is deliberately trying to avoid paying me out. I would appreciate feedback from other players who have had similar experiences. Also, could someone inform me about the regulatory body for online gambling sites in NZ where I can lay a complaint?

Poor experience and i recommended every one to not play in this site.. When you make deposit they are no asking for anything.. But when you win and try to withdraw then you never get your withdrawal how ever your real player or fake.. I just make deposit and play and accidentally i win some huge amount and when i submit my documents and contact here customer support they said that you have to wait 48 hours to verify your account but today when i open my account thay restrict my account for no reason.. I already said that when i registered in your side i just put some random details and only my first name is randomly type that's why i send my all required documents to verify myself but still no response yet form her customer support... I must address the heard of elephants in the room...

1.If you look up review to any online casinos you will find many bad ratios of people complaining about them, do you know why? because the casino always has the house edge and n00bs dont know how to manage their risk.

2. Yes you can sign up and play quickly but to withdraw you will need to KYC, this is a security feature of a licensed and properly ran casino.

3. Yes, you will need to wager your deposit in order to withdraw it (however you can withdraw whatever you win when you are "up" with no issue), again, this is another sign of a properly governed casino. It is to ensure people and organized crime arnt washing and laundering their crypto through their website.

They are happy to take my money but…

They are happy to take my money but have made it very difficult to withdraw. They have asked very personal questions and if I wasn't trying to withdraw a decent win I'd close my account on the spot. If I can find who regulates online gaming I'll report them regarding the amount of personal detail they have asked beyond proof of identification and address.

HighRoller casino is another thief in the crowd of online scammers. Their games are rigged and they just making money while nothing to care about people’s hard earned money. I played Blackjack(Not live) and I tried 3-4 different games from their platform and they were all rigged big time. The dealer’s hand is safe 99% of times and I can prove that. When approached the so called customer support they came back with the one ‘trained lie’ about games and independently verified and generates random results. Big ripoff!!! I won $100 from take the prize, but couldn't withdraw it. They made me play it only on the worst slots available. It was gone within minutes, with zero wins!! I will never give another penny to this garbage casino!!!!

Highroller restricted my account even though I given every kyc documents to them .they are not accepting astropay screenshots and rejecting that .I am unable to place withdrawal
