Competitive spread, not perfect
From my experience, what's most important for me when I import money is the Spread rate, and in that higlobe is competitive with 0,3%.
On the other hand, for me to fully use this solution for everything, I'd need a platform that allows me to use a credit/debit card with no taxes when I travel, I don't have it here. Also, to be perfect, it should have access or at least a way to transfer money to my investments accounts - it could be a free of charge ACH, this is not the case.

Super fast transfers and great rates
Higlobe is awesome! The money hits my account really fast through PIX, usually within minutes. The rates are super fair and the spread is way lower than other services I’ve tried. Totally reliable and easy to use, highly recommend!

It's a great platform
It's a great platform. The only thing I didn't like is the sign in experience. There was bug and the experience was bad.
But it's already fixed. I'm really satisfied with the platform now.

4 transactions did not go through. Told me the bank is under maintenance but my colleauge was able to withdraw money using the same bank as mine.

Trust and Reliability
I noticed that the conversion rate displayed before withdrawal appears misleading — a higher rate is shown initially, but upon proceeding with the withdrawal, a lower conversion rate is applied. Although the system provides an option not to confirm, the rate displayed does not update in real time, leaving users with no clear choice but to accept the lower rate. This creates confusion and affects trust in the transparency of the process.
Additionally, it has already been over eight hours since I withdrew my money, and it IS NOT YET credited to my bank account, which is significantly longer than expected.
I hope your team can review these concerns to ensure more accurate rate displays and faster fund processing for a smoother user experience.

I had an amazing encounter with Maria V. (Account Manager) - I had been waiting for hours for funds to be transferred from my HiGlobe account to my Bank Account - She explained to me the difference between InstaPay and SwiftPay and the reason why I had not received the funds yet. She walked me through on the next steps on how to resolve and also have set proper expectations moving forward. I did not expect for your team to be very proactive which was an awesome experience for me.
