Was quick to receive the money. What missed:
- automatically transfer for my BR account
- A report on how much I earned in dollars, in reals, and the conversion rate
- It was not clear where the HiGlobe fee was charged
- On receipt creation, I was afraid that HiGlobe would send an email to the paying company. Its not clear if you do or not

- Since we have higlobe earn, which gives the users the chance to keep their balance in USD with yield, we keep the withdraws upon request.
-Once you withdraw, you have access to a receipt showing the amount in USD, the FX rate and the converted amount you got in your local account. This is available in your dashboard and transactions tab.
- The spread is charged upon withdraw, and we show the fee in the page where you approve your withdraw.
- The receipt is only used for our internal analysis, to guarantee the professional nature of your payment.

Easy to create an account and use. Support always responded quickly via WhatsApp. They were fast in resolving the issue with withdrawals over 15 thousand reais via PIX. The withdrawals reports section could improve, but support told me they are already working on it. Great experience so far. :)
