I felt it was excellent value for money. I was able to speak to an expert with very short notice which helped me decide how to move forwards with a particular property opportunity. I will definitely use again.

I'm so glad I know of Hiiguru and was able to use their services for our house purchase project in London. Trying to buy a Victorian house to renovate in London can be extremely stressful but thanks to the end to end service Hiiguru offers, we were able to be supported by various experts every step of the way. Rick, one of Hiiguru's top architects, assisted us for every viewing with costing estimations to be able to work out the right offers. Diana, my dedicated personal concierge, worked with HiiGuru's trusted builders to move to more precise estimates to work out affordability of the project once the various reports came back, and along the way I was able to tap into the expertise of Juliet, project manager and top field expert. The next steps will be planning permission and priorisation of works to fit within budget and I have no idea how people would do all this without this full service. The time saved by not having to talk to various experts who don't know each other (let alone find them in the first place!) is so precious, and not having to pay a fortune for their services made me realise that you don't have to be extremely wealthy to be able to afford top quality expertise and advice. 100% recommend!

Really pleased that I found HiiGuru after feeling stressed guessing about planning permissions on land that we’re looking to buy at auction. I was able to speak to a consultant (Dean) the same day I found the website and came away feeling reassured that I was making the right choices around the land we are looking at. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help a complete novice like me to understand planning laws. The consultation fee was extremely good value for money and I will definitely be coming back to HiiGuru for more help down the line.

I think this website is brilliant when dealing with home renovation. The list of gurus is very well curated, they have very great support and a great selection of topics you can ask help on.
I would definitely reccomend this site as a first step when approaching a renovation. There are less people than checkatrade/houzz but the quality bar is far higher.

In the last few days I consulted Idil and Tim on HiiGuru. We are planning an extension and now that we're finalising and getting quotations I wanted some expert second opinions, and I'm glad I found them! The sessions were really helpful and reassuring and my experts were incredibly nice people.

I spoke with Idil about the layout, she gave me useful feedback and assurances on some points and offered suggestions for other possibilities. I will be going back to her once we are closer to the actual build when we need find layout decisions.

With Tim who is an amazingly knowledgeable quantity surveyor, I requested a review of two of our quotations before a final decision. It was reassuring to go through this in some detail, and in addition Tim gave some useful insights and reminders, and on where to look for information on various installations.

I'd definitely think if you have questions on a building project Hiiguru IS the place for impartial advice, from 30min Q&A sessions to full project consultations. Well worth it!

I wanted to add another review as I've continued using HiiGuru on our renovation project, moving more into 'interior' topics after working on more structural / architectural ones previously.

I feel very fortunate to have discovered HiiGuru when I did. It's been SUCH a useful resource for our renovation, and it's been great to be able to speak to different types of experts.

Big shout out to Sam (interior designer / furniture designer) who has been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, is easy and friendly to chat with, and basically a top guy overall. Sam helped us figure out so much - room layouts (inc. 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, a study), lighting, socket plans, built in furniture, and then a whole load more (flooring, skirting, random ledges, the list goes on.) I'd recommend Sam and HiiGuru for any interiors query, whether you're at the start and just beginning to mull things over, or deep in the detail.

Diana is wonderful and very talented! We needed to convert our study into a nursery. For this we wanted a floor plan, 3D rendering and some ideas for additional decorative items. After one call she came up with some amazing suggestions and a brilliant rendering. She was very efficient and creative. HiiGuru is a great service that I would highly recommend. Their team is very professional and the customer service is excellent. They won’t stop until you’re satisfied with the outcome.

I had a meeting with David, one of the gurus, and he was super helpful and he delivered excellent service.

Got some last minute questions about some planning issues of my current flat. The service is quite handy and affordable to get professional advise. Glen was very professional and he gave me direct answers that provides me insights to my problem. Would definitely recommend

She has a real eye for detail and really listened carefully to our requirements over some productive video calls.

Dimitar was really helpful, having looked at the requests and initial photos and worked on them before our meeting. Emily helped me so much with deciding the type of curtains to install for my flat. Emily helped narrow down my options based on design limitations and my preferences, and also recommended a few retailers to find the perfect set of curtains. She helped me save so much money in rework costs, and she also saved me so much time! I highly recommend Emily for your design needs.

Within just 2 hour's notice of making my appointment (and me completing the pre-consultation form with my thoughts (very cool idea!)), Jen pulled together great advice around transforming a potentially bland kitchen (about to be ordered) and dining area into a stylish area with the use of different textures. Jen suggested the type of worktop, flooring, dining furniture, lighting and colour paint palettes that would pull it altogether. I will be seeking Jen's advice again soon and recommending HiiGuru to all my friends!
