Just closed on a large transaction through Hiive. Had a great experience all around, including the fee structure, the digital platform and the fantastic Execution Team. Regarding the latter, my point of contact, Tatum O'Reilly, was knowledgeable, quick to respond and handled the one (minor) wrinkle (with a 3rd party admin system) very effectively. Highly recommend!

The experience was done very smoothly and professionally. I had a small problem receiving the final Certificate of the IPO shares I was purchasing but with guidance from Tatum O'Reilly everything worked out fine. Tatum was both timely and very professional in answering all my questions. This was my first time buying shares of an IPO company, it was a good experience.

I have had multiple transactions on Hiive. Overall good experience with enough support from Hiive. One thing that can be improved on is re-confirmation of buyer/seller interest and quicker cancellation of transaction if any side lost interest. It's sometimes annoying to wait for a week only to know the other side decided not to continue.

This purchase via Hiive was conducted in a very smooth and clear manner. There was a temporary glitch with the Bank wire transfer, but Tatum O'Reilly was quick to help me resolve this. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and so was very helpful and easy to work with.

I have been purchasing shares on Hiive for about six months. One of the companies that I acquired shares in was not transferring the certificates. After about 3 1/2 months, Francesca, with Hiive intervened on my behalf and diligently resolved the problem. I have contacted their customer service about several acquisitions, and they are very responsive.

Hiive has been an extremely responsive and reactive company to work with what a pleasrure.

This is a trusty platform. They used to have very high commission fee. Right now they have eliminated this commission fee and make the transaction more traceable for the seller. The team is also pretty reachable when comes to email communication. If you have stocks and need a secondary platform. I would recommend this platform

Excellent and great support

I should preface this with the fact that I've had several experiences selling stock through Hiive and haven't had any issues.

I've also been telling all my former co-workers to check out Hiive whenever selling stock comes up. They handle everything! The whole process was seamless and managed by them. I personally didn't have to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening next.

You have a dedicated Account Manager that helps walk you through and manage the process up to the submission to the company for board approval. Following that, the Execution Team takes over and does an amazing job of navigating all the processes around actually closing out the deals. And a special shoutout to Francesca on the execution team! She was absolutely great, making sure every detail was handled and everything followed through smoothly.

If I am ever in a situation where I want to sell private shares again, I will 1000% be using Hiive.
