I’ve been trying to get a response regarding returning the shoes that do not fit that I spent over $100 on and so far I have gotten no where… DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
Update!!! I did end up getting a response BUT then it turned out it was my responsibility to pay for the return to CHINA and that would cost OVER the $100 I spent on the shoes that do not work! Soooo upsetting. Again, DO NOT spend your hard earned money here!

The shoes finally came that I order…
The shoes finally came that I order almost 2 months later. I ordered my size and it was too small when I tried them on. I tried contacting them 4 times. I finally got a response from someone name Jaime. She told me I go change the size. I told her I wanted my money back and to send the shoes back. I’ve tried emailing again but never have gotten a response so I contacted my CC company and disputed the charge. They immediately made the decision to give my money back. I think they have others who had the same problem. I won’t be ordering from these companies again. They are probably from China.

Hike Balance is a nightmare to try to deal with
Hike Balance has given me nothing but problems. I’ve been trying to return two pair of shoes for three weeks now. I ordered one size and they sent me a smaller size. The original e-mail to me was their solution for the problem. It suggested that I keep the wrong sized shoes and they will send me another two pairs in the correct size for $50. I declined that offer. After multiple e-mails, now, they are requesting multiple pictures of the size labels, inside, outside and soles of the shoes. This company is a total scam. Please do NOT fall for their BS. This is NOT an American business! The shoes are made in China.

terrible customer service.. sent shoes too small and when I asked to return them they asked for pictures said that I wore them which I didn't because they were too small. They were in the original bag and packing supplies. I took one of the 4 shoes out of the bag to try on it was a size too small and my toes were cramped. Also took weeks to ship originally. DO NOT recommend ... terrible!

UPDATE #4: finally got them to accept the picture of the shoes (after 4 attempts of sending the picture) and NOW THEY WANT ME TO OPEN THE PACKAGE AND TAKE A PIC OF THE ITEMS! Issue? Shoe is too narrow. I followed directions for gauging foot size. Now, I'd like a refund. Only response, so far, spend more money on a different shoe as a consolation.

I would give zero stars, if possible. Theses shoes seem to be made of plastic and the advertised toe box is far from roomy. I have been trying to return them for 3 weeks now-their customer service is awful. Instead of returning them, they wanted me to keep tham and send them another $30 for a different size. No thanks! There are going directly into the trash. Horrible company!

Wrong Size
The shoes turned up and they are at least 3 sizes too small I can't even put them on. They did offer to send another pair at a substantial discount but I have no confidence that they would fit either. I will never ever buy shoes on line again. I would suggest other people do the same. I think I am better to cut my losses rather than pay to send them back.

Buyer beware. Did not know this is a Chinese company. Shoes eventually arrived but were too small. Asked for return instructions (several times) but they offered to get me the right size at a reduced cost. I declined. Just want to return. I now see that the return is to China so who knows how much that will cost (even if they reply to my emails). I think they are just trying to run out the 30 day return policy time. Cheap shoes and bad customer service.

Narrow toe box
Where to begin? First off be prepared to wait seemingly for ever for your shoes to arrive. Excitment faded the moment I took them out of the package. These shoes appeared to be slapped together with little regard to comfort. There isn't much in the way of lining to the shoe. I feel the toe box is very narrow, I don't typically have to order wide width shoes. They claim to be true to size, that isn't accurate. My current shoes are an 8.5 in these my big to is trying to burrow out! Then I check the 30 day return policy, customer pays to ship these back to Aisa! In the original packaging which is no more than a taped up plastic bag. If I could give less than one star I would.

Dishonest company, disreputable product
Hey folks, this is my SECOND review of this lousy company. AGAIN, I'd give this company a ZERO if possible.
I received an approval to return these shoes. The return address is in Zhejiang, CHINA. The minimum cost to return a $60 pair of shoes that don't fit is $32, but it goes up from there. The return documentation said it must be in the original packaging, which was incredibly CHEAP. The return address on the packaging I received shows Rancho Cucamonga, CA, but the form states to return to 'JOHN' in Jinhua, China.
POTENTIAL BUYERS, BEWARE! I paid for a pair of shoes that DON'T fit, and now I'm out $60. I'm not going to pay $32 or more to send these back. Instead of working with me to resolve this issue, the company is dodging their responsibility to appropriately handle THEIR problem. I would strongly advise any potential buyer to go to their local shoe store and purchase a pair they can try on! SHAME ON YOU HIKE BALANCE (or whatever Chinese subsidiary your are part of). What a scam!
