The shoes were delivered to wrong address to start with. Another pair i ordered first has yet to arrive. The shoes I got were narrow and too tight. Crowded my toes. The phone number doesn't work for customers service. I have emailed them 3 times over 1 week. No reply except auto generated one. Need refund and cancel other order. I will not pay $60.00 to ship to China. Like folks have pointed out. Very poor quality and service is very bad.

Don’t buy from them. The shoes came and they were too small and cheaply made. I wanted to return them, but I will have to pay shipping to China, which cost more than the shoes themselves. The website states they are located in Dover, Delaware in the United States, I guess they aren’t. They list the phone number and it never connects. Beware of this business!!!!!

The sizing is not accurate. I spent a lot of time before ordering But when they arrived the shoes were too small and very stiff and uncomfortable. Then the ridiculous process of returning begins. They keep asking for more info, etc. it’s been two weeks and I still don’t have a return label. This is not Amazon folks! Do not buy from this company if there is any possibility you may need to return!

I ordered these orth shoes to see if i could stop discomfort when i spend a lot of time on my feet. Nevered bought ortho shoes before. I have been buying avia extra wide shows from walmart which are comfortable and under $30. I received my high balance shoes after waiting 3 weeks. They are slightly smaller than my walmart shoes and much more narrow. I wore them for several hours and they actually made my feet more sore. Very disappointed. So much for me using ortho shoes. Update. Hike balance opened return ticket 5 days ago and then no follow up on how to return shoes. All phone numbers are disconnected or not answered now.

The shoes that were sent must not have gotten the notice about all the good things were being said about them, i.e. the toe box is not "wide" it was actually a bit cramping, the sizes run small so the [2] pairs we sent for and waited three weeks to get, are actually small and our toes went right against the front of the foot compartment. As far as comfort, I would also disagree, there is nothing special about the support or cushion that would make me want to wear these shoes for much longer than 10 minutes. Overall a bad experience and I will not order from them again. Oh, by the way the return policy is a joke too...ship back to China, at our expense, right...good bye Hike Balance.

They are deceptive in their logistics replies and shipping info. Tried to cancel order and they claimed it shipped but I could return based on their satisfaction policy. Then I got a follow up the order was processing. After multiple emails and bogus phone number attempts, they claimed, “I immediately looked into your order and it is delivered. “ it wasn’t and all their tracking info is BS. The quality, fit, material and packaging is substandard. I’ll try to return but also let my CC dispute handle issue. Extra packaging insurance and insoles also a joke.

Recieved the wrong size, and now their customer service line is not a valid number. Will seek a refund through my credit card company.

Ordered a pair, the size was too small. When I contacted them to request a return and replacement with the next size up, they tried to get me to just pay more to send me another pair. Then they made me send them pictures of the shoes and packaging before providing return information. The company is total crap, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE - EMMA - IS HORRIBLE. Pay the extra and go with Merrill or another trusted brand.

False advertisement of an wide toe box shoe. They even have a diagram on their website showing a wide toe box. I ordered these shoes expecting a wide shoe that didn't squeeze my toes together. (I have gout, and narrow shoes are rather uncomfortable.) When shoes were delivered, I could see immediately that these were not the shoes that they advertised. I notified them by email, and they did respond quickly. First they offered another pair of shoes for another $29. (They Do Not Have Other Styles Of Shoes!!! Only The Same Shoes In Different Colors.) Then, they stated I could return shoes for a full refund. The shoes were shipped to me from California, BUT....
They wanted me to ship the shoes back to China. To ship back to China would be more expensive than what I paid for the shoes.
NOT as advertised and ridiculous return procedure.

Unfortunately these were extremely uncomfortable and when I went to take advantage of their guarantee, they told me I had to pay to ship back to China which was almost $60. That's the cost of the shoes!!! They refused to work with me. Customer service was non existent. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND>

The shoes are extremely poor quality! They run small. One of the size 8 we ordered was about half inch narrower than the other. Looked like it was made for a puppet or something. These shoes rub and pinch our feet everywhere. Horrible! And while they promise to refund, you have to mail it to Asia on your own dime. If we get a a refund, remains to be seen. I have a feeling I'll have to fight this through my CC.

Shoes never arrived. When I tried to contact them, the phone number is disconnected and they won't answer any emails. This is a complete scam and there is literally no way for me to recover the money I've already sent them. The scam pretends to be US based, but they are actually in China.

Cheap Chinese shoes. Took 6 weeks to get, don’t fit, no orthopedic insoles as advertised. After 2 weeks I got a return authorization. At my expense I am to return to CHINA with tracking. $60 even though they were shipped to me from Illinois.

I saw the great ad for a wide shoe box great arch support shoe online. I was convinced that these would be better than what I had been wearing which most often tended to be too narrow. Anyway I got the Two for One special, paid my PayPal pmt and waited. Two weeks later on a Friday I get a notice that the shoes will be arriving at my office on Saturday. My Door states we are not open on the weekends. The email note stated ( along with a tracking number) that they delivered the shoes at 1030 that evening. On Monday, I looked for the package at my front door assuming if they did indeed leave it there unintended, it would be gone. Sure enough nothing was there.
I looked up Hike Balances Phone contact and tried several times during the day to a busy line. I then started a series of Emails to their customer service dept. Again no response other than a note telling me they did receive the inquiry as to the whereabouts of my shoes and issued me a Number. Still no response as to who had apparently left the package and if they did so, why would a carrier leave a package outside the door to a closed business on a busy street. I'm still waiting ....

The shoes I ordered are too tight. I didn't order the wrong size. Their solution was for me to buy an additional pair for $32. No other option. I wish I would have check online reviews. Not from their website.
Their final resolution was for me to pay $50 to ship them back to China. I'll find someone to give them to.
Please do not take the chance on ordering from this company.

I like the shoes so far. I have been wearing orthotics for over 25 years. I basically can't wear any of my shoes without either a custom orthotic or Spence orthotics for an extended period without having pain in my arches. I ordered these shoes from hike balance because of the Facebook ad. I figured nothing else is working lets give it a try. Disappointed that it took over two weeks to get delivered, I also thought they were made here and shipped here. As soon as I ordered it said shipping label created and a couple of days later it said out for delivery. It showed a start point somewhere by Canada/New York by the St. Lawrence seaway, which I thought was strange. Any way, I received my shoes 2 days ago and wore them to work--without my orthotics and my arches didn't hurt-- but a couple of my toes did and the left side of my left foot did a little, they come with very thin cheap insoles. I put in a pair of orthopedic insoles I bought from them for $29, and a huge improvement in comfort. I wore them again today with the insoles, but not my orthotics, and again my arches didn't hurt. I recently had a pair of custom orthotics made for me-- they were the ones you step into and they imprint your feet and you mail the box off--online its advertised for $200. I did it at a place recommended to me by a doctor-- and paid $499 for them-- but they are too thick to fit into the shoes I already have-- and not low profile enough to fit into my work boots. So now I have to find a pair of shoes with a large enough toe area to fit my orthotics-- tried the orthofeet and had heel slippage. There isn't too much to these shoes from Hike balance, but so far I haven't needed my orthotics when wearing them. I paid $59-- but that's a a small price to pay if it will fix my feet. I wish they came with a composite toe for work. I id wear them to work and I can confirm that the soles for me were slip resistant on the normally humid, slippery bathroom floor. Before purchasing it said that if you wore a half size or had wide feet, to order the next full size up, I'm a 12-12.5 ordered a 13, and it fits good. I would have given 4 stars if they kept me better informed of the status of my shoes in the tracking process. When I inquired to them where are my shoes, they sent an mail that said they were out for delivery and had hyperlink to click to check on them, when I clicked on that link, it said page not found.

The shoes were too small although I bought the recommended size. The foot box was too narrow- not at all as advertised. Now I have to pay to have the shoe returned to China. Do not buy these shoes

This company needs a return ship-to address in the US and the Hike Balance ships it back to China. Basically these shoes are not returnable unless you don't mind shipping them to someone named 'John' in China. The company needs to make it clear that you must ship to China if that is how you want to go. You could charge a 20% restocking fee in lieu of asking the customer to ship back to China. Return policy needs to say user responsible for shipping back to CHINA. Watch your sales drop. Nobody wants to do that. This will impact your company's long term success.

Also the shoes are unisex but they are too loose on top for the average woman's feet.

From hike balance on a Facebook ad. The shoes took forever to arrive, and when they did they did not fit. They appeared to be smaller than US standard sizing. I contacted them That same day after trying them on to know they didn't fit. I was told I could return them in the email but I needed to send pictures to prove condition of the product. I did so various times, and sent several pictures proving they were in brand new condition. They would not send me the return authorization. I looked up other comments on Facebook and see that others have been scammed as well. Do not do business with hike balance. They are company based in China, the package was rerouted through an address in California. But I can't return it to that address. I also don't recommend shopping on Facebook ever again.

Yes it is a scam. No returns and no refunds. DO NOT BUY!
