Great customer service always at Hills. Check in was smooth and Claire made sure I was well looked after and kept informed of progress. I was offered a drink multiple times and was able to get some work done via the free WiFi whilst waiting. Highly recommended.

I took my car to Hills of Woodford Toyota for an annual service, paid £540 for geometry they recommended, and was told everything was fine. A week later, at the same place, my car failed the MOT.

For such high prices, you expect premium service – instead my car was returned dirty, with fingerprints inside, and staff were unprofessional and unhygienic. No goodwill or compensation was offered.

Think twice before taking your car here.

The car showroom is spacious and modern. Plenty of room for those awaiting servicing of their car and sales.
I bought a one year-old Toyota AYGO X, which was on sale for a very good price and in very good condition.
Mark Graham was an excellent salesperson. He was very courteous, polite and well informed.

The service from usman has been first class. Very helpful person and easy to get on with.

Sufi was great throughout the process of buying the car, he was warm, friendly and sincere and made the process much easier.

Claire was very good at explaining what needed to be done and advising what was necessary. I asked for the battery to be checked as it had let me down earlier.
Unfortunately nobody could fully explain what had gone wrong. Battery tested good and I have had no trouble since.

Thanks to Sufi Sarwar for guiding me through my recent car purchase. He was professional, clear, and helpful throughout. I appreciated the excellent communication and how straightforward the entire process was.

Sufi helped me to buy my first car. He explained things well and gave me time to discuss any matters I found of concern. I felt confident I was getting a car.

Thank you Sam for a slick little job on my tyrers, the warning light kept staying on driving me nuts even though I pumped them up to the correct pressure or so I thought. Sam came to the rescue.( while I had a cup of excellent coffee)he put the correct pressure in, warning light went out, all hunky dory now. I'm on my third car from Hill's and always had good service from the team. Five star all the way.

Another great experience at Hills. Excellent service from Claire. Highly recommend

I got a service and most of the recommended work as well as an MOT done here. Within 3 days of getting it done I got warning lights I'd never had about the engine.

I called up to speak to them about it and was rudely told it wasn't anything they had done to the car (I hadn't suggest that) but I did think as I had paid almost £600 for a service (that included looking at the engine), mot and work I would have expected to not have a light come up immediately.

They did kindly offer to look at it for over £200 though.

I'm a sucker a signed up to their payment plan so I guess I will go there next year but after that I'll be finding somewhere else.
