I’m very unhappy with my order, UK000003161. It took 2 weeks to arrive, which was already disappointing. I ordered a pair of earrings, but the pearl colours do not match.

I raised this with your team, and after taking 2–3 days to respond, I was told that natural pearls may vary in colour. This should have been clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase. No reasonable customer would expect to receive a pair of earrings that do not match.

I was then offered only a 15% refund, which I do not consider acceptable given the issue. Since then, I have followed up and have received no response for the past three days. At this point, I feel completely ignored.
I would appreciate a proper resolution to this matter as soon as possible. Please respond promptly with a more suitable solution.

My error on ordering was dealt with very quickly. Very friendly, professional and easy to contact. My skull and star rings are amazing!
I'm hoping they'll start making the full skull ring in gold as I'd love to buy that one too. :) 😀

I received my silver dragon with pearl and its stunning. Its even better then the picture and fantastic quality. I got it for my daughter's birthday which is not until next month but I had to give it to her straight away. And I luv it so much im getting myself one next pay. Couldn't be happier with this product.

Über die Homepage war für mich leider nicht ersichtlich, dass die Ware aus China kommt.

Die Bestellung war für Weihnachten gedacht und kam natürlich nicht rechtzeitig an. Ich habe von drei Anhängern zu zwei die Info erhalten, dass ich eine andere Farbe auswählen muss. Ich habe zugestimmt, aber leider sind die Anhänger nie gekommen. Zwei Zustellversuche sind mittlerweile gescheitert und bis zu diesem Tag habe ich die Anhänger nicht bekommen. Ich habe nun um Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten.

Bitte lasst die Finger von diesem Anbieter.

Great stuff! Ordered a few pieces and all of them are beautiful. Plus we got a few gifts and they ware lovely.

Dreadful company. Took 6 weeks to send a pair of earrings that cost £84.50. I chased them several times, they replied offering 30% off, ridiculous really, as once the earrings arrived they were £10 at most. The butterflies dont fit & the earrings are absolutely awful. I wouldn't trust or buy anything from this company. They were Christmas present from my husband. They will not reply to my emails as I want to return them.

Sehr schlechte Qualität entspricht nicht den abgebildeten Fotos. Entspricht in keiner Weise den Preis.

Eine Bestellung bei Hi pearl vom 5.12.25 wurde erst am 14.1.26 geliefert (sollten Weihnachtsgeschenke sein!!), sie soll komplett zurüchgegeben werden und Hi peral reagiert nicht auf meine Kontaktversuche, weder über Ticket noch per mail und die auf der Website angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht bekannt!

The necklace I chose was the south sea golden pearl entwined in a dragon. It is stunningly beautiful. The pendant is exactly as pictured only it is much prettier in person!!

My order took a bit longer than expected but the customer service were very responsive and they provided me with a link to track it. The packaging looked so cute and lovely and there were two surprise gifts inside the box along with my order. I loved the earrings I ordered and my boyfriend loved them too. I ordered the rainy clouds earrings, they are supper cute 😊

Mir ist das selbe passiert wie allen anderen die eine 1 Stern Bewertung gegeben haben. Der Schmuck kommt aus China und ist schlechte Qualität. Bei der Rücksendung gibt es nur Probleme und man wird vom Kundendienst hingehalten. Nach tagelangen E-Mail Verkehr habe ich immer noch nicht die Rücksendeadresse bekommen. Ich bin mir sicher das dies noch ein langer Prozess wird. Das die Rücksendung "sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und kompliziert ist" wurde auf der Internetseite nicht gesagt. Ich hatte bisher noch nie so Probleme bei einer Rücksendung wie mit HiPearl.

Ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It was a Sisyphus necklace that she had loved as she loved Greek mythology. An unusual piece. I also had a free gift of a set of earrings at checkout which was a nice surprise and made my order really good value! I was worried that they wouldn’t arrive in time as I ordered 10 days before Christmas and didn’t realise they were for international delivery. I contacted the customer service to ask if they could be dispatched asap and if they were likely to arrive in time. I had a response within 12 hours and they were really helpful! Dispatched quickly and sent tracking information for my order. The order arrived on the 23rd December and was beautiful and just what my daughter wanted! Really lovely items and great customer service. Thank you.

There was an issue with the initial delivery, I emailed and got a quick response and they promised to re deliver, I was a little sceptical as it was an online purchase , however it came in plenty of time for Christmas, well presented and it was very well received.

Die erste Ware die ich bekommen habe ist wunderschön, Die zweite die heute gekommen ist billigster Ramsch, ein Ohrringerl lässt sich nicht einmal schließen , die Zweiten sind nicht die die ich bestellt habe. der Versuch ein Rücksendeticket per E- Mail zu bekommen war frustran . Das war die Antwort : Die Zustellung an diese Empfänger oder Gruppen ist abgeschlossen.
