I made a withdrawal request on Friday £2K… It’s now Sunday and still nothing. I have used other betting sites and they miraculously manage immediate withdrawals. What is the issue with Hippodrome/Betway.

It’s simply not acceptable that a deposit is instantaneous yet a withdrawal is not. Will I get a response here as I can’t get a response on their useless live chat.

This is the definition of a joke. I am furious that this is allowed to happen. I had a specific account balance, went to withdraw it and the amount has miraculously halved. I have been attempting to get a hold of a customer service agent since 9:00AM, after an hour being on hold the chat disconnects on schedule.

Surely this is a joke. It is really disturbing that the only way to express frustration is to leave a negative review. The sad part is this review won't make a difference because they care that little that nothing will be done and you'll just have to keep dealing with their frustrating processes.

Basically they are a bunch of thieves. I opened an account, deposited £50, and within seconds, they then locked my account. They are impossible to contact, no email, no phone, no nothing. I've tried to change my password, and never get the email that's supposed to come. I know my account is still 'live' because my user name can't be used by anyone else - I've tried it. I'm about to initiate a charge-back on my debit card. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
