The worst site to play on you go with there 44 dollars they give for free and you play the whole playback but the site says you still owe until you have 0 left then it will say you have played the whole playback and can withdrawal.

Well I didn't realise this casino was part of Betway until my account was closed suddenly after winning over £6300 as I was self excluded from Betway anyway the customer service team escalated my request to have my account funds refunded to me and after a few days the operations team agreed and authorised the payment of my account balance be made but I had to send in my bank details and birth certificate so they could manually withdraw to my bank well after 2 weeks constant on chat finding out what's going on I was then sent an email from the said operation team saying they needed another form of photo identification well I sent a long email with chat logs as proof that that promised to send my funds on what I already sent them and I even sent an email to the manager of Betway yeasterday well something worked because suddenly this morning around 9.30am ISH I had an alert from my bank and upon looking I received my full account balance via faster payments so looks like the manager has kicked them in there arses and now I am really buzzing so thank you to the manager and the payments team much appreciated 👍

This site is an absolute disgrace. I deposited money then when I tried to take it back out, they wanted proof that I am the card owner! They didn’t need proof to take my money. This is still ongoing at the time of writing but this most certainly seems to be a scam. Stay well clear of these scammers!

Spoke to an advisor twice and they told me to wager £20 to receive the bonus after reviewing my account. After wager £20 I spoke to someone else where I asked why I had not been credited and was told I was not eligible. I asked if why the previous two advisors had encouraged me to spend £20 with no response. Scam.

After several months of gambling online with Hippodrome Casino and loosing ..my luck changed and I won ..but the blocked my account saying that Thier Sister company Betway required paperwork a year ago and I need to submit...but I didn't use that website over a year ago..(glad to hand over paperwork) but till I won this now come up ..but when I was loosing no such thing was required .They now blocked my account.So if I didn't win it was not an issue ..They are scammers and according to their Section 3 and 4.1 policy they didn't do the necessary. Please think twice when joining them .

Scammers. I deposited and have now been on live chat twice in a queue of 39 people to be told my free spins had been credited and they still aren't. This is a scam!! So not sign up with them

So writing another to bump it up the queue, to warn people. I’d unknowingly joined a site that belonged to a group of self excluded from. They let me join and deposit. Talk about irresponsible!! I got thrown off the site, could t get back in no matter what I did. Still waiting for my money back! They’ve had the audacity to ban me. Don’t deal with this unprofessional casino. I opened a new account and deposited money. After a few slot rounds, I got thrown out with an error message. I tried to log on again and it said my details were wrong. So I reset my password, in case. Made no difference. I must have done that about 10 times now. I went into the online chat, held on for nearly 2 hours. It transpires that Hippodrome is part of another group and I had self excluded a while back. So basically my account was locked. The online chat unlocked my account but I still cannot get in. I cleared cache and history and still can’t. I asked for my money to be refunded and the won’t do that. The phone number on Facebook doesn’t exist. The emails do nothing as they say it’s not monitored.
BUT they let me open an account that I was self excluded from opening. They took my money for my deposit where they shouldn’t. Now I’m stuck.
I’ve raised it as a dispute with my bank
But don’t touch them with a bargepole. They are part of Betway. Don’t touch them either

Just now on Facebook they called me a liar!

Now I’m being told I don’t have the email I’m writing from as being registered with them.

They claim a 4.5/5%, which I believe is false and self declared! I thought I would give this site a try, but immediately I was disappointed. Slot games load too slow, and Dragon Shard would not load at all. There is no online chat option. Decided I would not go any further on the site and withdrew my deposit which I am still waiting on. Will give 24 hours and see, if I dont have my deposit returned I am going to the Gambling Commission!

I played here recently as had an email about a 50 percent natch offer. I managed to complete wagering and had £400 off a £40 deposit. Read the reviews and panicked about getting money. I withdrew today and the funds are in my account same day. Not the fastest but was same day. I can only speak for me as seen many apparently where it's taken many days.

DO NOT USE. It's a fraudulent site. They have not processed my withdrawal and you can't contact them. Only means is live chat where it cuts you off before you reach them. No email or other means to contact. Avoid if you ever want to see your money again.

Horrible experience. The app is a logistical nightmare. Took me 8 hours to get someone on the live chat support only to tell me that the bonus I had opted in for (in the app) had already been used. So why did it still show as being available and valid? First and last time I use their service... Aside from withdrawing my money and deleting my account that is.
