Haven't really gotten any quality interview requests. Some of the roles that I have received also seem to be for junior level engineers. Seems like the same few set of companies.

I fell Hired is very helpful in my job shift journey as i have access to jobs which suit my profile which saves me lot of time and also provide quick interview request option which removes back and forth.

Platform is very easy to use, and certainly benefits from several major employers in the US reviewing candidate profiles.

Hired is an amazing team of people and system. The day my profile became active, I received two interview requests from very high profile employers. Their tool not just enable me upload my resume but also provide the text communication facility with the recruiter, ability to visually specify my available times for interview on a calendar, the recruiter then choose and specify the interview time right there in my calendar.

Thank you for making the job search and interview process such a breath!

I think Hired is good but there needs to be better initial conversation/communication before jumping straight into the interview process. For instance, I need to know that as a Remote employee I am eligible for the salary they are advertising even if I do not live in the city they are in. It is a waste of every one’s time otherwise. I would like to have an up front information interview to make sure the job is something I want to pursue before jumping into the interview process.

I like the concept of letting companies come to me. Additionally, I liked that the staff reached out to me privately when my profile wasn't getting enough attention so I got some tips from them.
Also, I think the code assessments are fair but it could be more transparent on what they're judging. Before going to their convention, I wasn't aware that employers would look at them, let alone an entire replay. On the same subject, there isn't any code completion so if you don't remember which is correct in Java, you're kind of doomed: HashSet.put( ) , HashSet.set( ) , HashSet.insert( ) , HashSet.add( ).
Overall, I think it's a really nice platform and I can feel that they put alot of effort into it.

Love it! The upfront transparent salary display is awesome, allowing candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews based on availability on their calendars is a simple, powerful and elegant innovation to a very real problem, kudos!

Hired is great and has the UI/UX/process it should. However, the assessment expires rather quickly for 3 days.

It was a great experience . HIRED is one of the best application that I have had.

Very convenient. I like the all in one approach your service offers. A candidate can view salary information up front, company information, and schedule first interview.

I am enjoying using hired to find new oportunities.. but I will like to get more job offers
