We were looking for a premium sex machine that was powerful, fast, quiet, and easy to adjust. If these are what you want as well, get the 4.0 Premium (HS03-APP). From purchasing to setup and usage, this machine and company delivered on every front.

At first we ordered just the machine from the website, but then purchased additional accessories from their Amazon store. Once everything came, the unboxing experience was impressive, with discreet packaging and a well-designed carrying case. It was also a very light package!

For anal use with a bigger Bad Dragon, you don't have to worry about lack of power, but I would recommend positioning against a wall for stability.

I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it.

Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own.
The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith.
In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers.

I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.

This is a very good machine in case of low noise and usage.
Hismith APP gives some interesting experience but unfortunately it doesn't provide the ability for full control to get some more predictable behavior, due to there isn’t motor rotation control by rotation angle (it doesn't have a rotation angle sensor).
For example you can't program it for fast insertion and slow out or vice versa slow insertion and fast out, as also if you run already recorded records from you or other users it will not do the same for each time of execution.
I very hope this feature will appear in the future, and I can't find any other sex machine which provides such an ability.

The premium machine is the best purchase I’ve made in years. Their customer service is top notch and always responds quickly as well.

The suction cup is easy to lift up so it makes it much easier to unstick from the surface it is sucked onto. and I love how soft and flexible the toys are.

My spouse and I own two HiSmith Premium machines and we've been using them quite regulary for the past 6 months as well as several of the attachments and we've been satisfied (hehe) customers ever since.

What does stand out to me however is the unparalleled customer service I experienced so far. We invited the HiSmith and Eropair Officials to our small Discord Server (Server is created for people who own the Machine) and the overall support we got from the person behind the Eropair account so far is beyond amazing. I generally enjoy talking to them because they seem actually interested in learning what we, the customers, want. They give fast and helpful feedback as well as advice. We threw out some ideas and they were so quick to get our ideas to the actual people who can make it happen and told us right away what the people in the company were saying and how they responded. They are always very transparent with what they are saying. I honestly don't even feel like talking to customer service, it's just a friend who happens to have a direct line to the HiSmith people. 100/10. That is what makes a company who already has a great product, a really great company. ❤

We've been using hismith for quite awhile now, and besides their products being excellent and accurate to their descriptions, their customer service is just as good, if not better. The responses are always friendly, quick and accurate. I recently forgot to put expedited shipping on our last order, and when I emailed them to see if I could pay the extra to have it changed if there was still time, they said because I'm an old customer, that they would change it for me, no charge. That's customer service for you. Highly recommend these guys!

Bought a Hismith Premium Machine at Christmas last year. The reason i choose hsmith is is for the fact you can actually buy pretty much all the parts for it meaning you can actually repair the thing as these machines aren't cheap ep and the nature of these machines have moving parts that will naturally wear and fail eventually in the long long term e.

No other major machine brand even ones way more expensive than this offer parts abd so when they are dead they are dead. Not the hsmith!

Not only is it repairable but it's also extremely good value for money Performance to £ is outstanding for the performance and quality, its more powerful than the most expensive machines from other companies and company's that are repair Freindly i will always support like hismith.

No body ever talks about the repair factor when watching reviews and i cant belive more people don't consider this for the money these machines can cost, especially company's that are wanting more than double the price for their (Fashion Machine). I wonder if people realise that motors have a limited life span so your £600 f machine will eventually be useless unless you sit at home and just pet it all day.

Because of the fact hsmith allows you to buy parts i will always buy parts directly from them as a way to credit them as no other companies sex related or not are like this nowadays.

Its extremely high quality for the value, sturdy, powerful, quiet and kliclok is an an engineering genius that only the hsmith machines have. Kliclok is not only the best toy connector but its one of the best locking systems I've used, i could think of many more things in general this system would work amazing for. Credit to them for engineering and pioneering it.

The app is extremely good fun, gives you an opportunity to meet people and have fun with others and i liked it more than i thought i would, although it is a littlee buggy on android so hopefully improve with updates.

Another little niggling point, I'm not a fan of the female connector that attaches the control unit to the box. It's just pretty hard to remove and install especially if your needing to collapse the machine oftern. Big saving grace is knowing i can buy a new motor should i brake it in the future. Big tip i learnt - leave the controller attached to the machine once connected, wrap the wire and box around the machine this will save you having to constantly connect and disconnect the box to the the motor. The connection is a bit weird and i appreciate this machine is not designed to be moved a lot but that doesn't take away fron the fact these Connection points are poor and yoi need to take morencare than you should when inserting tnin and out, especially considering the controller box wire is not the best quality and both boxes I've had have exposed some of the inner cable.

I had an issue with the connection to my machine from the control unit, it turned out to be due to bad connection with the machine again I don't like the connection system for the controller to motor . Anyways contacted customer support and not only did they send me a new box out within a couple of days bur they sent me the upgraded one free of charge.

Fantastic customer service cant fault you on that at all so rest assured if you buy from them they will look after you.

All in all a fantastic machine and great value and service. Have reccomended these machines over all others for the reasons mentioned. Also lots of attachments available in kliclok! All hsmiths attachment I've found to be of fantastic quality abd sturdy.

Let's give them praise for being the only major player to allow us to buy parts and keep the machine running and running, even tell you what grease to use 👌 great company.

Still getting five stars as the fadr you cab repair the machine for the connector plug issue i found i don't like. Ps if you just leave the controller connected like how i said you won't have any issues just be careful to keep it away fromthe mechanism when in use.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Constantly getting back to me right away and helping me with my problem. I got a wire/cable wrapped in the machinery and they were patient and helpful with explaining to me how to go about taking things apart and what tools I need and they are sending me a new cord/cable since mine was ruined. Very happy with Hismith. Better yet I bought my machine off of Amazon and they still help and honour the warranty. Thank you for all of your help!
