Always happy to use Hixtra, their service is always prompt and generally same day results for CBR's and plate tests.

Exceptional customer service.
Spoke to Kevin on the phone who was polite and very helpful, the job was booked for the next day and Ian attended who was also very helpful and informative.
I then received an in depth repot from Kevin later the same day. It doesn't get any better than this.

Very professional
We have used hixra for many years now. They are always professional and constantly helpful, especially at short notice. They always give us same day results which is a huge help. Last week we had 2 technicians here, one was being trained and I just want to say thank you to them both and everyone at hixtra for the important work you do!

First class service from start to finish. We recently contracted Hixtra to carry out some CBR testing for us up in Merseyside. Excellent service throughout the process, from enquiry stage through to completion. Testing was concluded at lunchtime and a test report was emailed within hours of this. Will definitely be using again.
