I recently completed my FIRST Buy-to-Let purchase through HMC Property Group, and the experience was top class from start to finish.

Everything was expertly managed, with Jamie and James taking care of all aspects, from liaising with the estate agent and solicitor to ensuring a smooth and stress-free purchase. Their communication was great, keeping me informed at every stage.

A minor refurbishment was arranged immediately after completion, and within a week, we expect the property to be tenanted, credit to their efficiency and strong network.

Great process from start to finish!

Following a great first experience with Jamie and James I took on a second property through them. Very smooth process, they have access to a power team if you need them, weekly updates on build work with photos, and a lettings company ready to move when the refurb is completed. The first property was completed to a high standard by their builder, listed on Rightmove the day the refurb completed, tenant viewing confirmed within 30 minutes, and offer made that day! Tenants moved in a week later, second property due to complete refurb over the coming weeks and hoping the same swift tenant process for that one.

Both properties secured were off-market BMV, which is how decent sourcers should operate.

Was an effortless process and highly recommend the HMC team to any BTL investors.
