From the day I first made contact with James and Jamie. They have always put my interests first. We came across a few difficulties along the way of getting my first property but throughout they said positive and tried their best to over come the issues we faced. Now I’ve got my first property over the line it’s a huge thanks to them and wouldn’t be possible without their guidance. Hopefully this is first of many and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Prior to working with the guys at HMC Property Group I had 2 free strategy calls with them to be sure our values aligned which they completely superseded, I knew instantly I wanted to work with them.

First time using HMC Property Group and the process was great from start to finish.

James & Jamie were very proactive throughout the whole process and we received regular updates so we always knew exactly where we were at. They stepped in and helped out when we had a minor set back with the gas certification and resolved the issue very quickly which was much appreciated. We had tenants move in within 2 weeks of completion which was an amazing turn around time.
