Buying your first property from thousands of miles away in a different country can be a daunting and stressful process but James and Jamie made the whole process a breeze. From sourcing to completion in less than 2months is rare but this was my experience.

They currently have sourced and project managed 2 properties for us, which are coming to a close shortly. The project management in particular has been very smooth and efficient. The turnaround time in the refurbishments has been very impressive and we are very pleased.

Communication throughout has always been clear and they are always very responsive when you need them. They have made the process as hands off as possible which is exactly what we needed.

They have helped us speed up the process of buying and renting the properties by providing us with trusted contacts.
